The charming, fully air-conditioned “Villa Clémaliz" is located in a small secure residence (15 houses in the residence) on the heights of Bormes les Mimosas, a magnificent medieval and picturesque village between Toulon and St Tropez.
You will enjoy 4 attractive bedrooms (including 2 with private bathrooms), 3 bathrooms, a secluded swimming pool (heated from April to early November) and all the comforts you could want... Shops and a supermarket are 5 minutes by car.

The region offers a multitude of things to discover, starting with Bormes les Mimosas of course, just 20 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car! Perched on the hill and facing the sea, it is one of the most beautiful villages in France but also one of the most in-bloom all year round.

Lose yourself in the winding streets with their nestled restaurants and shops, climb up to the castle for the breathtaking view, enjoy its colourful market every Wednesday...
Bask on the surrounding beaches which follow on one after the other, with crystal clear waters, between the vineyards and the sea. They are real picture-postcards - Cabasson, Bregançon, Estagnol, Pellegrin but also the beaches of Lavandou. The closest are only 3km away.
Take the coastal path, a must-do walk, which offers magnificent panoramic views.
At the port of Le Lavandou, 2.7km away, the shuttle will take you to the islands of Port Cros, Porquerolles and Le Levant. This is also where you can rent a boat for the day (Tom and Benjamin will be able to guide and advise you depending on what you’re looking for).
A walk in the Massif des Maures, the Domaine du Rayol botanical garden, Villa Noailles in Hyères, the Giens peninsula, a well-preserved nature spot with heavenly walks, St Tropez is 38km away… will also be great to discover.

Wonderful 2 weeks at Villa Clémaliz - thank you!

We had a wonderful two-week stay at Villa Clémaliz and would like to thank Sabrina and especially Samuel for the great support. The communication was absolutely smooth from the first enquiry and we felt very well accompanied throughout the entire period - from the holiday initiation to the departure. Villa Clémaliz exceeded our expectations, the condition of the property is as shown in the photos and the house itself is very well equipped. When there was a small problem with the electricity, Samuel took care of it immediately and hired a professional within a very short time who quickly got everything working again. Our feedback on Sabrina and her team is extremely positive, we enjoyed every day and can definitely imagine arranging more holidays through S-LUX Propriétés in the future. Thank you for an unforgettable time at Villa Clémaliz!

Amazing villa

Great location, and a great villa. The pool is exceptional with lots of different levels, which is perfect for kids. Interior of the villa is really nice, and the air conditioning system works really well. We loved this place and would come again. Great value for the price. I’d prefer a bbq rather than a hot plate but lots of places do it like this, I guess due to safely. Perfect location - the town is beautiful and it has some great restaurants too.

Tolles Haus mit guter Ausstattung

Sehr schönes gut ausgestattetes Haus mit einem tollen beheizten Pool. Die Lage ist perfekt, man kommt zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten sowohl nach Bormes als auch zum Strand nach Le Lavandou.
