SATURDAY-SATURDAY RENTAL ONLY DURING SUMMER MONTHS.

This beauty is is located directly across from the beach access on the North End of Pawleys Island and has great views of both the ocean and the creek! Enjoy your hot summer days and cool fall nights on the house's screened in and covered porches which are ideal for relaxing and taking in the sweet atmosphere that Pawleys Island has to offer. Families are welcome and we hope that you will be able to create lasting memories in this spacious house.

On the main floor of the house you have a full kitchen with an open floor plan for the dining and living areas. The house features 1 master bedroom with a queen bed and adjoining bath. The 2nd floor consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a secondary den area with a television. Other features of the property include central H/VAC, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, cable TV, WiFi, coffee pot and keurig, and hot/cold outside shower. Beach access can be found directly across the street from the house.

Reunion Treat

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Six adults,, all over seventy, reuned at Altman House, and found the logistics there wonderful. Great floor plan, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, easy access. Furnishings accommodated a crowd and decorations were warm and inviting.

Unhappy

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was not clean and I don’t believe that the cleaning crew was entirely responsible. My husband had to vacuum due to the fact that the rug under the table had food all over it and the house was covered in sand. The crew was there for an hour after our 3:00 pm check in time. Upstairs bathroom commode was cracked and repairman came on Saturday night and had to replace the entire commode. Dishwasher leaked all over the floor and was not repaired until Wednesday. Refrigerator ice maker would stop up and leak water on the floor. cable TV did not work properly and we discovered that hook up to cable was broken. We bought a broom and dust pan, used ice from store and cleaned out the vacuum cleaner that was completely full. Our kid work with the TV cable, but it needs to be replaced. Also, the legs on one of the rattan chairs was broken. For $5,000 we expected a little more. We always leave a house clean and this was very dispointing. We will not rent again.

Wonderful Family Gathering

There was room for our entire party of 7 adults & 5 children (ages 1 to 6). The house is also conveniently located directly across the street from a beach access, with a stop sign at the crosswalk.

We Love Altman House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this house for the past three years and don’t plan on moving ! This house has become special to me and my son and his family who come form Colorado for a week of family time. The house is always ready on time and sometimes before which is so helpful. Tidelife folks are friendly and are attentive to issues. We needed rubber mats for the showers and tubs and we got them promptly.
