Since this cabin is only 1.5 miles from Downtown Gatlinburg, you can explore excellent attractions like Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, The Village Shops, and Anakeesta Gatlinburg. If you plan on exploring the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this rental is also convenient for reaching several entrances to the national park including the Sugarlands entrance, the Cherokee Orchard entrance, and the Greenbrier entrance.

After a great day exploring the mountains, you'll love returning to this luxury cabin with an impressive mountain view. For some quality time with the people who matter most, gather around the warmth of the wood burning fireplace in the living area. To relax, you can always take a dip in the cabin's private indoor pool that has stunning mountain views.

"El Chalten" also comes complete with useful features like a fully-equipped kitchen, a charcoal grill, WiFi Internet, indoor pool, air hockey table, pool table, and a cozy living area with television. Extra sleeper sofas and a washer & dryer.

The main level master suite includes a king-size bed, in-room Jacuzzi tub, full bath, and television, the 2 additional bedrooms provide queen-size beds and full bath, Downstairs while the third features a King-size bed. All the lower level bedrooms come complete with their own television cabin can sleep up to 12 guests in comfort(including children), so it’s just the right size for a family getaway or a weekend in Gatlinburg with friends.

We always suggest travel insurance as we do not refund due to road conditions, storms, medical conditions including COVID or inclement weather conditions.

Third party amenities, such as electricity, gas, and internet are beyond our control. In the event of service interruption beyond our control, you agree that you are not entitled to, nor will you seek compensation of any kind, including partial or complete refunds for any such interruption.

While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your cabin is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.
Note: 100% of the cleaning fee goes to a local single mother that does a great job.

Cleaning Company provide ONLY A starter pack includes: coffee packets (2), laundry detergent (1), dishwashing powder (1), dishwashing liquid (3oz), kitchen sponge (1), kitchen towels (1), paper towels (1), (2) toilet paper per bath, body soap, shampoo, and (2) garbage bags for each garbage can.

We have in effect very STRICT HOUSE RULES due to unfortunate guest behaviors. Please follow the house rules including the following:

Extra persons exceeding your booking are not allowed to stay in the property. We have cameras outside the property checking number of guests and security at night checking the premises for no extra guests. Exceeding the maximum number of occupants is considered a breach of contract and you will be asked to leave the premises without refund.

Max Occupancy 12. Exceeding max number of occupants is considered a breach of conflict and you will be asked to leave the premises without refund.

Events allowed: birthday parties, family gatherings, weddings Max Attendees 12.

No pets allowed. Bringing pet(s) is in breach of contract and you will be required to leave the premises immediately without refund.

You must be 21 years old to rent this cabin, I.D required at check in. Person making the reservation must be present during the entire stay.

Our guests have access to the Chalet Village Association Clubhouses that feature swimming pools and tennis courts. The swimming pools are open from Memorial Weekend in May through Labor Day in September.

IF ANY OF THESE RULES ARE BROKEN, BOOKING CAN BE CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY AND EVERY GUEST SHOULD VACATE THE PROPERTY WITHOUT REFUND.
