Christmas gift

Rented the home for my wife’s Christmas present. Here and 2 of her friends enjoyed their stay with 0 issues. Wife said the home was nice and clean, location was fine and definitely close to everything that you need to be close to. The owner was great very assertive and quick to respond. I would definitely rent the home again when we come to ATL.

Glass House

This house is a great place to stay if you are visiting Georgia Tech! It is walking distance to campus, restaurants, shopping and more! Very comfortable 2 bedroom and 2 bath house! Plenty of space to relax!

We are repeat customers at this site. Great house. Sadly, we were told we could check-in at 4PM. We had family plans and restaurant reservations at the Optimist at 7:00PM. We couldn't get in until 6:30pm. Our plans as a family were totally messed up. We could not relax or even shower before our dinner. Our reservations were lost and luckily, we got in later. This was really unnecessary. For the amount we paid for one night, we expected better.

A Dream

This place is absolutely beautiful. I was even more impressed physically being in the space. It was the icing on the cake for my birthday weekend. If only I could have stayed a little longer, as in forever. Dennis was great, and responded promptly. If you need a stay in the city that feels like vacation, this is the place.

Filthy

I’m not sure why this stay has such amazing reviews. Within minutes of walking around in my socks they were covered in long dog hair and my sons feet were black. The sofa upstairs is disgusting, it’s original color is cream but it is now turning black, gross. The shower faucet from IKEA downstairs is either scalding hot or freezing cold, the mixing valve is clearly broken. Also outside the downstairs bedroom is a motion sensing light that comes on 700 times a night so good luck sleeping. Reviews stated this glass tree house was sound proofed very well, those reviewers lied. I reached out to Dennis twice regarding these issues upon arrival and never got a response. 5 days later and still no response. Beds will roll you to the middle if there’s more than one person in it. Woke up the next morning for coffee and the individual creamers looked like they were shoved in someone’s pocket and stolen from a restaurant, it was also chunky and solidified on all the edges which I’d never seen in my life. Location was good, surrounding houses were quiet but it was 40° out. Wish I could post the photos I have.
