Welcome to the Surfview Chalet. This quintessential beach chalet has a big ocean view and is just 200 yards to (dog-friendly and off-leash!) 26th Avenue Beach. Located on a private street in Pleasure Point, this two story home features wonderful outdoor spaces where you can relax in casual comfort and entertain effortlessly while enjoying the modern amenities such as an open kitchen/living combo with vaulted ceilings, skylights, gas stove and modern counter level refrigerator! Two master suites make this perfect for two couples traveling together. The third bedroom has a trundle bed and offers additional sleeping for two singles.

The large windows, skylights, outdoor living spaces, and natural setting frame the surf, beach, lake and nature that surrounds you. Breathe in nature’s freshness, grab your beach gear, walk through your back gate and stroll along Moran Lake to the sand and surf that awaits!

Surfview Chalet is ideally situated between Capitola by the Sea and downtown Santa Cruz, and walking distance to some of the best surfing, beaches, coffee, dining and shopping in the region.

Additional Pet fees do apply, per pet. Dogs must not exceed 45lbs and must be more than 1 year old. If you feel your situation regarding your pet warrants reconsideration of these guidelines, please contact the Beachnest office.

Santa Cruz Holiday

Amazing property, location is perfect. You can see the ocean (and sunset) from the deck, which from the look of the neighborhood looks like its in the best location around! Inside the house was clean and comfortable, with all the basics that you need. Quiet location, but also within a 5 min drive (15-20 min walk) of all the local restaurants and a great strip of street that has all the shops you need. We went into downtown S.C. and didnt find anything until we came back to the house and stopped at the local shops! Great walking location to get to multiple surf lookout spots, where the locals seem to gather early evening to just watch. Overall, awesome house and great town! Will be back!
