Comfy, great location

We had a wonderful week staying at this property. Very clean, every kitchen utensil, towel, parking, that we needed. Great location near old town Scottsdale!

Perfect Stay

Love this place. Gracious hosts. Charming house. Didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect place for the female members of our appellate law boutique to stay while attending the Appellate Judges Education Institute, which was being held at a nearby resort. We could even walk to our meetings. And it was so nice for us to be under the same roof, so we could chat over coffee in the mornings or over a glass of wine in the evenings.

Beware of what Five Star means in VRBO vocabulary

The property although looked pretty from outside was left unkempt on our arrival. Although the owner said a windstorm swept through a few days before, the day we arrived was sunny, not windy, and hot. The front door must have had 100 layers of black paint on it but it was covered with dirt. There was a significant gap under the door that allowed the debris from the windstorm to pass through and into the apartment. There was a plant desperately needing water which my wife graciously watered. Clearly the place was left empty a long time. The carpet on the stair was old and dirty. It looked tired, did not feel fresh and clean. It’s not what I know as 5 star. We did not even stay another minute. Picked up went to a hotel instead for less money. I hope we get some refund. We shall see.

Very nice and welcoming feel

We had no issues. The home was perfect for our 4 night stay in Scottsdale. We enjoyed being able to take short walks in the evening for dinner and I’ve cream. We really appreciated the hosts allowing. us to check in early since it was empty and our flight arrived in the morning. The home was clean and felt like home. We would definitely stay again if traveling to the Phoenix area again and would also recommend to others.
