This adorable, secluded little cabin offers some "Tall Tree Therapy!" With a private hot tub. TV. Free Wifi. Your own sledding hill. Propane grill. Washer/Dryer and just 15 minute drive to downtown Leavenworth or a 6 minute drive to Plain, with all the nordic ski trails you can imagine! Your perfect home-away while exploring and experiencing this beautiful mountain village.

The tranquility offered at the end of a dirt road, with mountain in front and mountain behind, it can't be beat. Surrounded by a canopy of evergreen trees, and peaking out over a meadow on the horizon, come nestle into this private mountain nook and unwind! A large deck stretches around the little cabin and into a private hot tub area that’s perfect for watching the stars. Inside, you'll enter to an open living room and kitchen area fully set to cook meals and enjoy time together with the fam. The living room boasts two comfy couches, one that opens into a queen bed, and a coffee table that transforms into a game table for the ultimate checkers/chess/backgammon championship! There are two bedrooms to accommodate your sleeping arrangements. The master with a plush queen bed, and the other room offering a comfortable twin over full bunk.

While ideally-sized for 2 adults and 2- 3 children, more than 4 guests can be accommodated for an additional charge of $25 per person per night (children under 2 are free). Upon request, a pack-n-play and a booster can be made available. If you’re looking for privacy and a secluded retreat away from the bustle of life, this is it! Only 15 minutes to downtown Leavenworth, 6 minutes to plain, 15 minutes to Lake Wenatchee, and 40 minutes to Stevens Pass. There's a great day to be had whether you stay in, or head left or right out of the driveway!

OUTSIDE: Sitting on a 20 acre lot, Stargazer Pines offers a lot of room to explore and play. Step out the door and ski or snowshoe around. The mile long dirt road to the cabin provides room to roam. In addition, the park-like setting around the driveway has a gentle slope for your own personal sledding hill to play all day or into the night with the Christmas lights glowing from the cabin above.

This home will require 4x4 or AWD in the winter months!

NEAR BY: The adorable and quaint town of Plain has a mini grocery store (Just Plain Grocery) only 6 minutes from the cabin, in case you forgot milk or ingredients for breakfast.
The Hardware Store is a MUST stop. It has delicious coffee, adorable home goods/ gifts, and hardware items in the back. In the winter, this is the HUB for cross country skiing. Rent skis there and cross the road for the BEAUTIFUL ski trails!

Mountain Springs Lodge near by offers snowmobile tours and horse-drawn sleigh rides.

Near Lake Wenatchee there's a FREE ICE SKATING rink outside! Skates included in the cute shed onsite.

Peaceful Getaway

This cabin was a wonderful fall weekend getaway for our family! Conveniently located between Leavenworth and Plain, the cabin had plenty of space for our family of three and the hot tub was a lovely treat after a challenging day hike.

Awesome stay!

We had such a great time! The owner was super responsive and the listing was spot on. Super secluded and quiet but close to lakes, rivers and downtown Leavenworth. Pet friendly. The cabin was super clean and perfect for our family of 5. We will definitely stay in the future!

Hi there! Let me introduce you to my family! I'm Gavin and my wife, Nette and I have 4 awesome kids (2,6,9,14). We are local and feel so blessed to call this gorgeous mountain town of Leavenworth, "home." With young ones of our own, we do this cabin rental as a family and almost always have our young padawans in tow. We love to see families and friends get out to connect and build memories together and we've tried to create a great backdrop for such an occasion at Stargazer Pines Hideaway. If we can help accommodate your visit, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Want milk and eggs in the fridge upon arrival? Or a gingerbread house from the Gingerbread Factory, just ask! We can't always guarantee it, but we'll do our best! We love this special town and would love to give you some suggestions of our favorite things to do and see.

As a parent, what I enjoy about Stargazer Pines specifically is that you can see your kids playing, climbing trees, and sledding, from the deck or the kitchen window. It does the heart good to watch as your kids breath in the tall mountain air and discover their adventurous spirit with some free range play.

Our hope is that you'll find that in renting from a local family, your experience was seasoned with personal, down home, old-fashioned kindness and hospitality!

What makes this property unique

Nestled privately on the mountain side only 11 miles from Leavenworth and 4 miles to Plain. Enjoy your own cozy, secluded cabin to tuck away for the weekend. This gem is the last house on a dirt road, with a pasture view in front and backing up to 20 forested acres over the ridge behind you. In the summer, hike to the ridge for great views of Plain Valley (It’s not for the light hiker). In the winter, ski or snowshoe out the door and return to soak in the hot tub and watch the snow fall! This is a great place for families or a weekend with friends!

We are local and are available via cell phone or text, to answer questions that may arise during your stay. If needed, we are only a few minutes away. In addition, we are frequently onsite to greet you upon arrival as you check in.
