250 m² house in a 1200 m² garden. We suggest you rent this spacious house with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms sleeping 8 to 10 people with sea views, covered terrace and outdoor barbecue.

The kitchen is open to the living room and the terrace. A large play area with a pool table overlooks the garden and the sea. The house is ideal for a large family or several small ones. Overlooking the city, protected from the summer bustle, this house is ideal for a sunny and relaxing holiday.

The calm and the beauty of the landscape, the proximity of the beach and the city make this house an exceptional place, ideal for holidays with family or friends. Older children can be completely independent, the car is not necessary for daily trips to the beach or to the city. The house is easily accessible from the port of Propriano, 5 minutes by car.
Ajaccio or Figari airports are around 1 hour away. The beaches of the Gulf of Valinco are wild and uncrowded. There are many wonderful tours and hikes in the area. Nature is preserved.

The house enjoys an exceptional location, located on the heights of Propriano, in a quiet area, the traveler has access to the beach and the town on foot via a dirt road.

Formidable !

Tout était parfait ! La maison est vraiment très bien équipée. Rien ne manque . De plus elle est très bien décorée et chacun y a son intimité. 4 couples , chacun sa salle de bain . La piscine chauffée est un gros plus . La vue mer est aussi très appréciée.
