The courtyard is completely private, exclusive for the guests of Aloha Villas Resort. There is gated parking with 8 parking spaces, electronic gates to enter into the courtyard, and surveillance cameras for your safety and security. Within the courtyard is a heated saltwater pool, a grill, and several poolside lounge chairs. This is a fantastic place to relax and have fun in tranquility. When you wish to venture out to the beach, you won’ have to venture far. Aloha Villas is within 20 yards of the beach! And, to make your life easier, your unit is supplied with 8 beach chairs, a beach cooler, and 4 beach umbrellas.

Lipoa Street Beach/Uluniu Beach Reserve is a fantastic beach for the family. An old Hawaiian fishing pond, this beach is surrounded by rocks and reefs that protect it from large waves. The shallow waters stretch out a fair distance, making a perfect place for children to splash around without concern for them accidentally wandering into deep waters. With miles of sandy beach, you can find the perfect spot to plant your feet for the day and enjoy the soothing beach atmosphere.

Ehaki Villa (Villa #1) — This villa is on the second floor, has 3 bedrooms (2 master suites), 3 bathrooms, and has a spectacular 180º ocean view from the lanai.

Elua Villa (Villa #2) — This villa is on the ground floor, has 3 bedrooms (2 master suites), 3 bathrooms, a 1,100 square foot (100 square meter) lanai, a great ocean and garden view. This villa is fantastic for gatherings.

Ekolu Villa (Villa #3) — This villa is two story townhouse, has 3 bedrooms (2 master suites), 3.5 bathrooms, two lanais (upstairs and downstairs), an extra family room, and an ocean view.

Eha Villa (Villa #4) — This villa is two story townhouse, has 3 bedrooms (2 master suites), 3.5 bathrooms, two lanais (upstairs and downstairs), an extra family room, and an ocean view.

Entire Resort Rental — 4 villas, 12 bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms, plus 2 half-baths.  Standard occupancy is 24 guests. Maximum occupancy is 28 guests.
