Sun Valley is within walking distance and has plenty of entertainment, such as walking paths with water features that begin right out your front door, ice skating, and many places to shop and dine in Sun Valley Village. Dollar Mountain is also close by, offering ski slopes for the beginner and intermediate skier/snowboarder. Ketchum is only a short drive away and has many more things to do. In the summer, you can paraglide off Baldy or go on a hiking or biking adventure. In the winter, Bald Mountain offers more skiing and snowboarding for the more advanced skier.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
