The interior of the home has been designed for full revival of the soul with arched ceilings and doorways, genuine 1940's hardwood floors, sun-filled rooms with robust wall texture and thick moldings, industrial glass light fixtures, and soft furnishings.

The main living space has a brick surround gas fireplace, overstuffed sofa and chair, exotic house plants, and a dining area for 6. The morning sunlight and a fresh cup of coffee just completes the sense of peace.

Enjoy the view of your private oasis from the beautifully renovated kitchen. Cork flooring, quartz countertops, knotty alder cabinets, and stainless steel appliances make using this kitchen a complete pleasure.

The main floor primary bedroom promotes an atmosphere of peace and tranquility with the West Elm mid-century modern inspired furniture. The king sized bed has a sky-high headboard with chevron wood-grained pattern, and luxurious Pottery Barn, Company Store, and West Elm bedding.

Between the Primary Bedroom and 2nd Bedroom is a hallway bathroom with a glass brick walk-in shower.

The 2nd main floor bedroom has two NEW queen sized beds that sleep 4 comfortably. Both beds have excellent quality mattresses, high thread count sheeting, Company Store comforters, and plenty of plush pillows.

Travel downstairs to discover the perfect cocooned retreat complete with sumptuously soft carpet, dimmer lighting, and a relaxing entertainment room. The wet bar has a custom wine cork bar counter-top, tractor seat swivel bar stools, and a hammered copper sink. Competing for your attention is the giant flat screen TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime viewing available. We also have a Wii gaming system and over 10+ games, and the Nintendo Classic gaming system - play the original Super Mario Bros, The Legend of Zelda, and 30 other titles.

The very private and quiet downstairs 3rd bedroom space comfortably sleeps two people on a NEW full sized bed with excellent, high thread count sheeting and a Company Store comforter.
