Honest Review Please Read
We booked through VRBO, however Tremblant Living was the property manager. We couldn't get anyone from Tremblant Living to call us back once we were in-house. They never answered the phones. The trash containers outside were completely full as if they hadn't been emptied since the last guest. We had questions about the house and not one person returned our call. Several of the television channels were locked so there weren't many stations to watch. Also, the house really needed a deep clean. The kitchen was especially dirty and the plates were chipped and cracked. The hot tub service technician came after our arrival which should have been done prior to our arrival. The property didn't feel very clean. Also, Tremblant sent an E-mail stating they were going to charge our CC an additional fee for the damage deposit after we paid everything through VRBO, but we had also purchased the damage fee. Since they never disclosed the large additional fee they agreed not to charge us, but they probably would have had I not questioned it. The day prior to our departure we received an E-mail stating all of the things we had to do or we would be charged. Load and start the dishwasher, take all the trash out (remember the bins were completely full) among other things. I thought that is why we paid a housekeeping fee. The house and location is as described. A great layout for large groups. It just feels like a tired rental property that needs some love.
