This Gorgeous 3 bedroom Cottage (sleeps up to 10) perfectly located close to beaches and New Forest. Lovely High spec throughout, newly refurbished. Wrap around garden for BBQs & alfresco dining.

The place has been thoughtfully renovated with high-quality furnishings. It is perfectly positioned between the New Forest and Sea offering the perfect base to explore. It can comfortably sleep 8, although we do have a sofa bed in the living room to push to 9-10.

Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break, the house offers open plan living with a large seating area – ideal for family fun or for a big group to celebrate a special occasion. Complete with smart TV, and comfortable french connection sofas. The living room is a relaxing haven to return to after a day exploring the local attractions with sandy feet.

The property has 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen-diner, and a well-maintained wrap around private garden. The brand new kitchen has a breakfast bar to chat over whilst cooking. The modern kitchen is well equipped bright, stylish and practical. Equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, high-quality crockery and utensils, it is a wonderful space to enjoy.

Likewise, the dining area table can be extended to comfortably seat 10 people. If you are staying with children they will make good use of the garden.

Friends gathering

A good value property in a convenient location for Keyhaven to get the ferry to Hurst castle. The rooms were a little smaller than we imagined but completely adequate. Lovely wrap around garden Would stay again.

A home from home!

This lovely house made a great base for us for our trip. Being all on one level, it was really great for my 1 year old and young nephews. The rooms were very comfortable and it was nice to be left a bottle of wine as well as some kitchen roll, toilet roll, tea bags etc.
