Located in a 18th century building, the Luxury 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect place for travelers searching for typical Parisian Luxury and comfort. The apartment was renovated by a famous Parisian Architect to match contemporary comfort with heritage of the past.
The Space:
The apartment has :
- 1 Living room with a high-comfort sofa bed
- 1 Dining area with a bar and 5 stools
- 1 Fully-equipped Kitchen
- 2 Bedrooms
- 1 Bathroom
- 1 WC
Making the apartment comfortable for 4 people, and a maximum of 6 people.
The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed & bath linen being provided :
- Bedroom 1 with a high comfort double-bed with mattress used in French Palaces
- Bedroom 2 with a high comfort double-bed with mattress used in French Palaces
- Living Room with a very high quality sofa bed for two (not available)
The apartment is equipped with :
-TV, high speed Wifi
-a washer dryer, a hair dryer
-a Nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
-a fridge, an induction plate, a micro-wave, pans and other cooking wares
-a baby bed if needed
Guest Access:
Easy Access : before your arrival we send you all the access information including a video on how to get inside the building and the apartment.
To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside and outside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the ground floor
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen
The Neighborhood:
The location is reflecting l’Art de vivre à la Française, with its old Hausmann’s architectural buildings that made the neighborhood so elegant and prestigious.
There is no best way to discover Paris from the subtle and sophisticated spirit from the left bank. Start your day by walking between the gardens of the Eiffel Tower, then stop at Trocadéro place to admire the splendide view of the capital. Discover the most delicious gastronomic restaurants hidden in the streets and finish your walk by the Champs Elysees avenue where you will enjoy a moment of shopping in one of the finest luxury French boutiques.
Getting Around:
10mn: Metro Ecole militaire, Line 8 : sortie 1 : avenue Bosquet
10 mn: Parking des Invalides, 23 Rue de Constantine 75007 Paris.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.
Check-out / Departure: until 11 am
No breakfast service.
Cleaning service is done before your arrival and after your departure only.
We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is broken:
A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged.
The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment.
In order to ensure that these rules are respected, photos of the identity documents of the people staying in the flat will be requested.
- A separate deposit of 4000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48 hours prior your arrival.
Finally, if the keys to the flat are lost, €170 will be charged.
These rules allow us to ensure you have a quality stay in Paris.
