REST AND REFRESH
Enjoy beautiful mountain and valley views from every room of this private treehouse located minutes from the entrance to Pisgah National Forest, DuPont State Forest, Brevard, and Hendersonville. Hiking and biking, as well as kayaking and canoeing opportunities abound. After a day of hiking in the forest(s), trout fishing or tubing on the Davidson River, tooling around downtown Brevard or downtown Hendersonville, come home to relax in your own private retreat. Winter stays will allow you to enjoy the cozy wood-burning stove (with all supplies onsite and ready for you), while Spring and Summer offer opportunity to open the windows and listen to the sounds of nature and enjoy the refreshing, cool mountain breezes. In the Fall, you'll be nestled among the vibrant color of the changing leaves. Regardless of the time of year, you'll want to be sure to catch the sunset over the mountains!

PRIMARY BEDROOM

Black out shades allow you to sleep in on the luxurious queen-sized bed with cozy linens

SECOND BEDROOM/OFFICE
The second bedroom is perfect for kids, if you decide to bring them with you. A relaxing lounging futon gives opportunity for reading, playing games, or bird-watching, or extends to a full-sized bed for sleeping. A desk also allows for the quick check of emails or time spent writing about the adventures of your stay.
o The second bedroom is nestled between the master bedroom and the main living area, with a pocket door on either side to allow for privacy, though Mom and Dad will have to walk through the 2nd
bedroom to return to the main living area of the house.

Nice and Quiet Stay - Will Stay Again

I stayed at this cabin with my husband and our 2 daughters. The cabin feels so secluded but very close to both Brevard and Hendersonville. I drove a Honda Accord and had no problems accessing the cabin. The check-in process was straight forward and easy. The view from the cabin was AMAZING. The house was extremely clean and welcoming. We will keep this cabin in mind for future stays. Thank you so much Sandy for sharing this place with me and my family.

Beautiful Views

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The views are beautiful with all of the window views from around the house. The location was great as well. Sandy was a great host; very responsive and accurate with the listing, amenities, etc. We will definitely be staying here again.

Lovely setting, comfortable accommodations

We loved it, but felt that the description was a little misleading. We couldn’t find a toaster nor a simple wine opener. It would be quite helpful to have a mirror with good lighting in the master bedroom. A box of tissues would be appreciated also. Correcting the description or adding these few items is recommended.

Perfect winter retreat

I wish I could give this little gem more than 5 stars! It’s super private yet convenient, immaculately clean, and the hosts are wonderful to work with. The wood stove kept the whole cabin toasty on the coldest night of the year. Thank you Sandy and Joe for sharing your little corner of paradise! I can’t wait to come back.

Joe grew up in these mountains and Sandy has been here for over 30 years. We love this area and enjoy introducing others to the beauty and uniqueness it has to offer. We enjoy traveling, but we also love getting out and exploring our local trails and waterfalls.

Why they chose this property

The view from the porch instantly took our breaths away when we first visited our treehouse. Once inside, it is open and airy, while maintaining a cozy and fun atmosphere. How many times do you get to stay in a round house? We love the refreshing breezes that blow with all of the windows open and being able to see the beauty of the Western North Carolina mountains from every room in the house.
