We booked for a king size bed in a nice room, and we’ve been assigned by Agoda a two double bedroom instead. The employees told us it’s not the first time Agoda’s reservation aren’t right. Very disappointing.

It was wonderful experience visiting and staying inside the park. The Lodge was convenient location. It was easy taking the bus to discover the park.

LikedThe location is superb and staff are brilliant, two comfortable beds in the room was a real bonus and parking right outside was also very good

DislikedUnfortunately the walls are paper thin, and we didn’t sleep well for two nights as the couple next door were too loud and having massive arguments. In the long term this does need to be resolved as it really impacted our stay, aside from the thin walls however the place is good. Wish we’d have asked for a room change

DislikedThe people who work in the hotel was very unpolite all the time. We were surprise because all the way to the park we were talking about how nice was metting people from California. It must be said that the personel from the pub were kind and cheerful.
