DislikedPillows small and hard. Ice cream parlour understaffed and no choices. Mattresses hard.

LikedVery good, can’t complain.

Disliked1. No clear sign for check-in parking and office entry. 2. While i walk into office around 4:30, there were more than 20 people in the line already ,but only one staff behind the counter offered help, 12 minutes later another staff showed up. 3. Provided 2 maps were very confused, please change it to one page with more realistic of surroundings.
