First off, we loved this resort. The accessibility to the parks and activities for my son made it well worth it. The negatives are that you only get housekeeping every other day. For that don't call it a resort as this policy was created during covid and never changed to save a buck. The towels are also very poor quality like the ones you'd find at a global gym. I guess another money pinching saving for the hotel...still the positives outweigh the negatives

LikedLove that this particular resort is smaller with one bus stop, New Orleans style theming is great, excellent food court, awesome staff, will definitely be returning!

DislikedYes. The room was dirty on 3:30 checkin. We found sizable remnants of berry pasty left on the floor, towels just left loosely on one of the beds. The shampoo dispenser was rusted and broken. Shower level drifted to very hot and we were scalded several tim
