DislikedThere were hairs left over in the sink and next to the sink by the plastic cups. I don't know if house cleaning didn't attend to this, but it was disgusting. Also, I had a dog staying there, and the dog picked up spirits within the room. Luckily had sage to cleanse any of the entities. But there needs to be an overhaul in the hygienic procedures in your hotel.

LikedIt was comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay.

LikedAlways love coming here to relax and stargaze with the wife! We love the environment and the breakfast is always the best when we check out! I hope this place stays in business forever!!

LikedThe location was decent and not too far from the Joshua Tree National Park

DislikedThe property is old and feels run down. The staff were very nice but upon check in we asked about the pool and were told it may have some leaves but we could use the net to scoop them out. Actually the pool was full of not only leaves but dead insects and other debris. Asking the guests to clean the pool is clearly not the right thing to do, it needs a professional. The room was fine just dated. The beds were comfortable but the chair had a strange white stain. The bathroom was OK. The shower head had multiple clogged nozzles so only around 50% would allow water out. There was also some rust on the drain. Breakfast was standard although they didn’t have any flavored creamer for the coffee because they ran out. For the price we paid it was pretty disappointing and we wouldn’t stay here again. Charging $10 for parking is an absolute joke.

DislikedThe suffered from deferred maintenance. Lack of a drain cover on the sink, broken TV remotes, inoperable lights, refrigerator was loud and barely worked, we were left an envelope to tip housekeeping but received no housekeeping
