The hotel is gorgeous! Lots of gardens a beautiful pool, and the location is amazing - very close to Disney Springs and not more than 10 minutes by bus of all the parks. The restaurant is very good also!

First off, we loved this resort. The accessibility to the parks and activities for my son made it well worth it. The negatives are that you only get housekeeping every other day. For that don't call it a resort as this policy was created during covid and never changed to save a buck. The towels are also very poor quality like the ones you'd find at a global gym. I guess another money pinching saving for the hotel...still the positives outweigh the negatives
