The friendly staff was the major reason for my high approval rating. Not only the staff at the front desk were very hospitable, but the restaurant in the Lobby I believe part of Chan Seattle the staff for breakfast are bar none the best staff. I was there for business for over a week, i am not a fan of Seattle and how its turning out now but this hotel made me feel like home. The lovely hostess for breakfast she is the sweetest person and very hospitable. Also if you have a chance order their french toast for breakfast. I ate it everyday thats how good it was.
