The property is beautiful, centrally located and walkable to many of the famous and local sites. The staff was extremely communicable throughout the entire booking and check in process. And the hotel provided both the airport pickup and transfer to the hotel, as well as the shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port. Everything was perfect.

A little dated, I can here people shower, every time guest walk pass my room I can hear the floor squeak creaking. I can hear the rain from the galvanized roof other than that staff are. Ice breakfast is good it’s in the center of everything

This hotel was beautiful! Located near everything and right at Spanish Steps! The staff were wonderful and we loved the breakfast every morning in the lovely enclosed garden room. Amazing stay!

The room was ok, we were only there 2 nights. I chose this property because of its proximity to a metro stop, only to find out we had to go up the Spanish steps with our luggage after a long international flight (there are two other steps options on either side but still lots of steps). The elevators in the Metro were not working. If you don't have issues with this, it's a nice, quiet property. The breakfast room is lovely with lots of options. As VIP hotel we were supposed to get an upgrade if available. We got the voucher for the bottle of sparkling wine (which we didn't use as we didn't have time) and the room upgrade was going from two twins room to one with a double and single bed, the view was of the building next door so not sure if that was truly an upgrade.
