The property is listed as oceanfront. However, there were boats moored in front of their entire beach. We were there 8 days and the boats never left. So the beach view is of boats. Went to the concierge once and they were so unfriendly and not helpful. Patio furniture needed to be replaced badly. The balcony railings had several loose posts. Would not recommend staying here.

The service at the Beach was nice, and it felt like out little Oasis. I especially liked how the mgmt. did fun games during the evening that made it a fun atmosphere. But I really liked was how Patricia Contreras took care of us and made it right when a small miscommunicatoin occured with a shuttle service. Top notch customer service, hotel is great! Great location!

Stayed in deluxe penthouse 2 bedroom. We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning next year. Beautiful facility. Fantastic service. Only downside was a broken drum in the washing machine damaging a bunch of expensive clothes. We didn’t notice until the third load.
