My identical twin sister and I love staying at Omni Parker Hotel. This hotel is one of the most beautiful landmarks of Boston. We enjoy learning the history and the beautiful architectures of the hotel. The room is very clean, and comfortable. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We love the location of the hotel that is close to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping areas, and subway. We will definitely be back again.

I have stayed at the Omni Parker House a few times before, and find its central location very convenient. The building is old, and the interior comes across as a little "tired", but it makes up for it with its vintage charm. I also think it is a pretty good value.

Location, location, location! Convenient spot on Heritage Trail in a historic hotel. Common areas beautiful, service outstanding but the rooms are somewhat small and dated and could use a refurbish.

The staff ALL made me feel welcome. From extra water to the room, to food in the pub, to directions or restaurant suggestions they were great. Room was clean.
