My husband and I stayed for our second time for our wedding anniversary 4 days 3 nights total day 1 our shower was clogged my husband told the front desk they said it would be a extra $250 to move rooms day 2 our room is finally getting fixed by maintenance roughly around 5/6pm at night as the entire two days it was sales pitch after sales pitch. Yes I understand that’s what happens when you book a resort not my first rodeo however if your guest is already experiencing troubles with their room why would we give more and more money? Food was ok if it was a buffet it was basic if it was the restaurant it was yum. Service I felt was give or take they definitely pay attention to the color of your wristband for your service level sadly. Our first stay which was 8 days was amazing sadly the service has changed, the room we received this time (even when booking the same partial ocean view) was much much smaller never complained as we just wanted to enjoy the resort and eachothers company but our room being half void was very inconvenient as we even had to stay in the room to make sure it got done when I tried to bath at the earlier time within 5 minutes my husbands feet were covered in water by the bed! Our conceriege was more focused on being pushy on “making a living and a tip” than our actual stay so what is the point of the concierge to the room if we do everything ourselves on the iPad?We enjoyed the staff that did help like Richie!! He’s the only help. We even had dirty sheets
