The staff was very nice and the nespresso machine for morning coffee was a wonderful surprise. The rooms are basic but clean and functional. Not the hotel fault but I had rowdy neighbors during my stay, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. Overall: it is a no frills, clean and affordable option to stay in downtown Vancouver.

A convenient and fairly inexpensive place to stay for the night. Since their is no toilet or shower in the rooms, they have two bathrooms on each floor, so my only complaint was they could use another bathroom on each floor. Ours were both full in the morning, and had to go searching for an open one on other floors.

This is a residence as well as hotel. Room are small and only a coffee machine is avaliable. Noise carries. If you just need to sleep snd go, this is you place. Not worth the money i paid

Excellent staff, nice clean bathroom and rooms. good parking.good location BUT, BE CAREFULL!!! When booking with EXPEDIA. NO USD OR CAD MENTIONED. ONLY AT THE BOTTOM IN FINE WRITING, THAT BY DEFAULT CHARGES ARE IN USD. even though i booked in canada, for a canadian hotel. I guess, at my fault, via an american company. LESSON LEARNT. HELP THE LOCAL market and book directly with the hotel.

We liked the fact it is a non profit. Also that it was clean and quiet. We couldn't find the ATM in the lobby ands wished the tv room was open so we could play games in there.
