It’s in a great location. The staff were great and friendly. The facility and our room was kept clean. They had limited food options. It seemed they had the same food options day after day. You have to get up early to pick a cabana or chair near the pool. Some of the people would place their towels to hold the cabana or chairs and they would never show up. If you can’t find a place to sit just ask the staff to find you a spot. The drinks were good!! I really enjoyed my time there.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was amazing! I wish there was more entertainment or shows. Also they had construction going on in the only bar available, that was inconvenient. Food was ok, did wish there were more variety but other than that we had a great time!

One of the workers (young lady in blue/black uniform) in the restaurant opposite to the front desk clearly indicated her dislike of black people. People who were behind us were given preferential treatment. When we complained, she was rude and talked in Spanish, knowing very well we don’t understand the language. As a professor, who teaches race, ethnicity, and education, I have no doubt whatsoever that she is a racist.

All the staff were incredible and personable. The rooms were clean and have great air conditioning. The pools and beaches were clean. Towels were readily available outdoors. Only suggestion would be to potentially upgrade your room, we had a view of an AC vent and closed balcony. The shower also rained all over the place, but that could have just been our room! Overall, we intend to come back again!

My stay at Sandos Cancun All Inclusive was marred by several significant issues. Firstly, the food quality was abysmal, with tasteless dishes and limited options that left much to be desired. Despite being an all-inclusive resort, the dining experience was far from enjoyable. Furthermore, the lack of customer care was evident throughout my stay. Staff members were unresponsive to concerns and seemed disinterested in providing a satisfactory experience for guests. Overall, the combination of horrible food and a lack of customer care made my stay at Sandos Cancun All Inclusive highly disappointing.

We loved the outdoor area with three pools cascading towards a sea, friendly staff, cleanliness, great food and beautiful decor. We received upgrade to a gorgeous corner suit with ocean view and plenty of space to relax. We couldn’t be more happy, thank you very much for this experience.

Amazing resort. The pools and spa are excellent. The gym equipment is a bit old and run down but very functional. The food is exceptional! Rooms and view are excellent. I would return many times.

Great property that has everything you need! Pools and beach are beautiful. There are multiple dining options - the food is decent/good depending on which restaurant you pick. Staff is friendly and attentive. Teresa and Gaby at the spa gave amazing massages. Overall a beautiful resort that was exactly what I was looking for.

We liked that it was a smaller hotel so easy to get around. We did not like the pools were freezing cold and you had to get down to the pool at 6am to reserve a spot. Not enough seating around the pools
