Very loud when trying to keep a comfortable temp. No laundry bag. No trash bag. No map or menu in room. No gluten free dining... had to go elsewhere, which made for an uncomfortable walk with medical issues.

This hotel was good value for the money. It is an older hotel in some need of renovation. The carpet was worn, rooms scantly decorated and the key card technology very fragile. The housekeeping was sporadic and we experienced a few glitches with the hotel staff about the date of our departure. That said, the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was comfortable and had a wonderful view of the harbor. Given how expensive Portland hotels are, it is worth considering but not a top choice.

The property was clean and the staff was incredible. The only issue I had was drunk guests yelling in the hallway on our last night, the staff did what they could to quiet them down after reporting, but they would just end up in the hallway again. Needed that last night of sleep for a 16 hour drive-that disruption impacted the drive.
