Very nice hotel, but we had a room facing a very loud street. Pounding dance music until 1:00am kept us up. Loud drunken guests were partying and slamming doors all night long. At one point I heard the front desk manager come up and tell the party to quiet down, but that didn’t result in anything. After the party noise stopped around 3am a baby was screaming in the room above us for hours. Rough night. We reported all this upon checkout, but apparently nothing could be done for us because we booked the room through Expedia. apparently had we booked direct the hotel manager could have taken something off the bill.

We selected this hotel for location and convenience as we typically do not book $350 rooms. Upon check-in, our room was like a sauna at 77 degrees. We notified the front desk and went out to dinner. Upon our return at 9:30, we were told the issue was fixed. NOT! It was now 74 degrees. We asked to be moved and while we were, it was to a much smaller room. Some things were outdated ; however, the air conditioner worked.
