The staff was lovely and the text line was very helpful when ordering food/asking questions about the fees & such. Area was great besides a few sketchy moments, but didn’t feel unsafe to an extreme point! Overall such a lovely stay, and the balconies on the top floor were amazing with breathtaking views!

Awesome place to stay downtown, close to many amenities. Pool is stellar! Staff was hands down best hotel staff ive come across in years. Will be back for my next stay-cation!

Overall efficient check in. On arrival to the room there was. A welcome letter with another guests name on header and what appeared to be half eaten plate of chocolates. Not ideal as a welcome to the room. There are convenient amenities and well appointed rooms. Will soon be due for an update/renovation. Despite this would still recommend for a quick trip to Calgary. Bars/restaurants in area are quite good.
