This was the best experience we've had in a long time. Noris, our butler is platinum status. You can't do any better than her. She took care of all of our needs and was very attentive without being overbearing. She is the Best Norielos(Chuck) Thank you. The grounds were beautiful, water was perfect and Pedro, the attendant in the Bali bed area of the beach was to tier as well. He brought our drinks without asking and even remembered the following days without us having to tell him. Also, special thanks to Ruth in Sumtouri.

Everyone and everything was amazing. Great restaurants with excellent food. Clean everything, speedy service and always a smile from every single staff member. From the bellman’s (Cecilio) in carts to the room service, housekeepers, beach servers, grill master, restaurant servers (Wilkins), our butler Ray, pool staff especially Albersard and his crew, pool bar staff, everyone is super engaging and genuinely happy to serve. Our stay was awesome and didn’t even leave the resort for anything. All we needed was provided and more. Make sure you tip, your service will be outstanding regardless but they very much appreciate it. One thing I could’ve done without was the constant harassment from the time share members. I get they have a job and also need to make money and it’s their livelihood but when an adult tells you several times they are not interested, let them enjoy their vacation without having to avoid the lobby to avoid the uncomfortable feeling of having to say no once again. Once they understand that you won’t buy anything they won’t even smile at you anymore which is also super uncomfortable and off putting. Just make it clear from the get go. Other than that all of it is amazing.

This property is one of the best. It is so wonderfully beautiful, the staff are so kind (I will say, sometimes a little too pushy with joining the Palladium travel point system but I get it, it's their job, still kind non-the-less). This resort was lush, clean, and the drinks were fantastic! The al la carte's were delicious and the best option over the buffet. Try Kusko, the BEST meal we've had!! The only complaint I will vocalize, is the air conditioning in the suite. The lowest it went to was 22C, which is obviously fine, but for my Canadian skin, I would have loved if it was a little cooler to make it easier to sleep at night. That's honestly it though. The resort was great! Something to do every night. Check out the bingo nights and the Chic Cabaret - YA'LL IT'S A SHOW!!

My husband and I went to this resort for our honeymoon. The front desk upgraded our room for free, and we stayed steps away from the pools and the beach, which was great. The lands are beautiful and well-kept and the rooms are large. The pools are also nice. Except that the “Secret Pool,” which was open until late, was full of bird poop most of the time, which wasn’t great. Our butler, Marienny, was friendly and helpful and attended to our needs. She also went above and beyond by decorating our room with roses and balloons. We had a positive experience with most staff except for the lady who tried to sell us the premium package. She acted super nice and friendly up until we declined the offer. Then, she changed to an entirely new person, acting rudely and disrespectfully. She even told us to take a taxi back to our room and dissuaded the front desk from offering us any help to get back telling her, “Just let them go.” She went by the nickname Nida. Her full name was Wuenida. Also, my husband and I did not like the majority of the food options at the resort. We could say the food is way below 5-star standards. Room service food was below average, and dinner buffets were low quality. We also did not like most of the restaurants we booked. The best food we had was at La Paisana. The breakfast buffets were also decent.
