The room was very clean and neat, you must have a great cleaning staff.
However, the tv did not work, We called the front desk and there were no other rooms available for us to switch to so we got a " sorry mam" from a very polite gentleman, the heater/ac unit ran like a diesel engine all night long, and the water would not shut all the way off in the shower. The worst part was the problem with the elevators. We waited about 15 minutes each time we needed to use them. One of the 3 was not running at all. One appeared to have a mind of it's own and wouldn't come to the first floor if it appeared the other was already there. We had to make itinerary changes because of the amount of time it took to get up and down the elevator and we were only on the 6th floor. We are both 58 years old and took the stairs twice. I have a bad back and this is very difficult for me. The rooftop bar was closed for repair and we can understand that, but their was a letter in our room that said we were welcome to go to the roof top bar to enjoy the view anyways. We thought that was a great idea. Unfortunately, after our long wait/ trip up the elevator, the bar was locked and we were not able to do that.
We don't usually write reviews because we know people work hard at their jobs most of the time. We just thought that maybe someone should know about these things because there may be some simple solutions.
