Hotel Ibiza Is a wonderful Oasis in Jacó … A short walk to the beach and it is in town close to many wonderful restaurants. The staff was amazing. They keep everything clean and are very attentive to whatever you need. The pools were great and the restaurant on site was good too! The pool side bar is open every day and Ariel fixed up wonderful drinks. We were in a king suite room which had a refrigerator and a king size bed, which was very comfortable. As per the other reviews, you can hear the bar next-door from around 9 o’clock at night till 12 or one in the morning. That was really the only downside that we noticed. We felt very safe, comfortable, and taken care of!

This property was exceptional. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We didn't want to have to go home. The one thing that was a bummer and certainly not something the hotel could control, was the club across the street. They were very loud until around 2am. Be prepared for that. Eveything else was top notch. From the safety, cleanliness and food to overall location. Be prepared to relax for sure!

This hotel is an oasis in Jaco. Comfortable, clean, charming with a resident cat (bonus!) and a host of visiting wildlife to entertain us nature lovers. Many conveniences in the room and a variety of coffee drinks at the bar. Location is just off a busy shopping strip. Staff is very helpful and accommodating; we’d stay here again if we ever come back to Jaco.
