DEAR GUEST, welcome to the Mensanello estate, welcome to Valdelsa, welcome to Tuscany. The Mensanello farm extends for about 300 hectares on the slopes that are interspersed near the Montagnola Senese, in the heart of Chianti. Mensanello is a beautiful land where agriculture blends with the landscape and this blends with history. Three generations ago my grandparents Ada and Alessandro began to dedicate themselves to this reality, today there is me, Neri, born and raised here in Mensanello. After graduating and PhD in Agricultural Sciences in Pisa, I have been in charge of the Estate since 2015, where, with the help of historical collaborators, I cultivate the fields, produce wine, oil, beer, breed pigs in the wild and welcome visitors every year. Italians and foreigners at the farmhouse and restaurant. Taking care of such a diverse reality every day is pride and challenge for me. Between tradition and innovation, my gaze is turned to the future, like the development of a sprout, our logo.

We are located in the heart of the Val d'Elsa, a few kilometers from the major Unesco tourist interests such as Siena or San Gimignano. We are located in the municipality of Colle Val d'Elsa which has about twenty thousand inhabitants and is divided between the ancient part built on a hill and a modern area below, famous for the worldwide production of crystal of which you can buy artifacts and learn about them. history by visiting its ancient streets. Colle di Val d'Elsa is the ideal setting for holidays in the name of culture, but also of well-being thanks to walking or cycling along the paths linked to the famous pilgrimage routes, such as the famous Via Francigena, but also to the wonderful park fluvial. Mensanello is located about 5 km from the town and from here it is possible to join the landscape rings mentioned above using any means of transport: motorcycles, and bikes, vespa or on foot.
