My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in late August 2023...
My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in late August 2023 celebrating our 25th Anniversary and we were upgraded for free to a suite (Room 805). We chose the all-inclusive package which included all meals in buffet style, as well as draft beer, house cocktails, and wine. Name brand alcohol was available for a fee. Plenty of Greek food as well as options for picky eaters. 2 pools, but only the upper one has a bar for all-inclusive. The bar at the ocean level swimming area is not all-inclusive. There is a bus that runs round trip from the hotel to the center of Heraklion about every 1 1/2 hours. We would definitely stay here again!ScottUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

Agia Pelagia is a great strip of beach compared to others we stayed at. Vibrant little town. Snorkeling is as good as it gets with those planks of seafloor, you'll gets crabs 10 or 15 species of fish and even octopi. Bar tender, chef, receptionists and even Ladies who were cleaning the rooms - all of them were smiling, very polite and ready to help. I felt very po pleasant atmosphere during the stay thanks to them :) Food was good but drinks at the bar - the best! The location of the hotel is perfect - silence all around it, it is so calm and peaceful area, and 7-10 minutes walk to 2 nearest beaches.

The owner, Manolis, is a fantastic host and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed. There are many great restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Breakfast was tasty and the breakfast patio has a lovely view of the bay.
