Company information

My husband and I operate Pemberton Discovery Tours, a 4WD tour company based in Pemberton, Western Australia. We love camping, fishing and farming and have 2 sons who have grown up loving the camping and associated activities we have to offer. We personally live less than 3 km from the campground - and there are usually other campers and even a camp host at the campground, making it less stressful for people who have never camped before. Telstra signal is intermitted so a sneaky SMS can get in or out should you wish to communicate with us, and we do try and check on our guests regularly.

Property information

WA Wilderness glamping is a partnership between Parks & Wildlife which allows anyone to try camping in a National Park setting. Not just any National Park, but the Warren National Park; one of Western Australia's green jewels. We set up all the camping equipment so all you have to do is turn up with your family and food and enjoy living in the forest, one step from Nature. The campground is located next to the Warren River - so all campsites are walking distance away; the 10km walk track surrounding the park is also located metres away. The camping experience gives guests a real sense of relaxation as there is no power, no electricity and no mobile phone communication. There are very few places left where you can really unwind and get back to nature. We do provide battery power for the pump and the lights as well as a shower kit which enables you to be self sufficient in the forest. We usually find our guests arrive a little flustered and stressed, and depart us more relaxed as they unwind in the forests. Walk trails, swimming in the river, canoeing or SUP's not to mention fishing or seasonal Marroning are favourite pastimes on the site, if you are wanting more to do then as the camp is only a short drive to Pemberton it is easy to add to your itinerary with the many restaurants, wineries as well as tours departing from town.
