Hotel is in a good location and walkable to beach, restaurants, shopping and the pier. But hotel was run down and needs a major update & upgrade. Front desk was not responsive to report of noisy guests next to us.

Compared to the rest of Southern California, it was pleasant. I noticed the cleanliness, no graffiti, and the traffic flowed well. There was adequate choices of shopping and restaurants. Nice and pleasant over all. It wasn't infested with gangs like the rest of the state is. OOPS, I forgot, that is who runs that state!

The receptionist was friendly and efficient, it’s in a good prime position but Needs serious work to make it decent ( clean and in good repair)
Very dated and dirty - pool was closed by authorities only a week ago because of this
Sofa in the room was disgustingly dirty and the carpet was filthy
The hairdryer did work it only if you held a button in the whole time ( almost impossible to use) my husband had to press in the button while I dried my hair !
2 nights here was way too long
Being charged $30 to park was poor too and of our 6 week trip this is the only place we paid to park in the grounds

I can't stop bragging about the location of this property.
I can't stop bragging about the location of this property. It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Since the dog beach is only about 1.5 miles away the dogs had a great time meeting new friends. The price was reasonable and I would absolutely stay again and again and again!! Don't miss out on this hidden gem!

The thing about Huntington Beach is if you come on a Monday, it’s not as crowded as the weekend. On Tuesdays nights, they have a little festival for the locals with crafts paintings really amazing food and multiple entertainers an old classic rock band with too many more features to acknowledge, this is on Main Street I came to go surf the pier and it was the best. I also went to Costa Mesa to see the Chargers football training camp which is only 10 minutes away. Definitely recommend Huntington Beach everybody’s really nice.

charged to park, was no breakfast not even a piece of toast but would sell you a muffin for $8.00. Pick another hotel unless you like paying for things other hotels include! 1-10 this place gets a 6

booking.com’s agent contacted this hotel on my behalf because I wanted to make sure I wouldn’t be charged a deposit we got confirmation, but upon arrival, the agent at the counter asked for deposit, and when I didn’t provide it, they would not rent the room three days later they charged my debit card and I’ve been chasing them for the past month to refund my money. They simply won’t do it give me the runaround every time I go to the facility or call on the phone.
Hotel was very large, very clean, and nicely decorated. Location was great to get to Huntington Beach, Seal Beach and Long Beach. Great access to the private beach. Sad we didn’t get to go in it do to no sun and it was a cold day. We did drive to all our places to see. Don’t know what was there to do in Sunset beach with a teen. Breakfast was not bad and nice you can eat up top of the building. I just loved our room was nice.
Really great value for money option, large quiet room on the ground floor with full kitchen. Had a basketball court (in good working order with basketball :-) , a pool and and spar pool as well as a central grassed area with a fire pit .. all in all very good. Breakfast (6-9) was included and was excellent , full cooked, plus fruit, cereal, pancakes, toast and bagels.
The hotel room was immaculate with maid service daily. The room was really big too with great views of the bay. All appliances worked and are up to date. The lighting is great with dimming options as well. All the corners were clean and not overlooked like most hotels, even really expensive nice ones. Truly clean hotel and the staff was also very friendly.
The bathroom was really nice and the sink is low enough for the little ones. The beds are are really comfortable and there's an extra pull out bed in the couch... The kids really liked that they didn't have to share a bed.over all it was a great experience... Could work on the price a bit but it was worth it. Thanks quality inn!
We LOVED this property. Very clean room, Awesome location, Provided beach chairs and umbrella. Very friendly staff and even walked us to our room to show us how everything works and to make sure we were settled. Also there is a park on the beach just right outside of hotel.
I will never stay at this hotel again. These pictures are completely wrong, this is not what the hotel looks like in the rooms. Do not look like these. The people running this hotel are completely rude. I give this hotel a zero I will never be back.
Room was exceptionally clean. Everything was well taken care of and updated. I generally liked the location although you have to be aware that the location is in Sunset Beach, not Huntington Beach, which is about 6 km. away.
The property was excellent. Well equipped kitchen, beds and bedding, bathrooms, pool/ hot tub and even a selection of board games for the family to enjoy. Great spot to enjoy Huntington beach, easy access to Disney.
I liked that we were close to the pier, beach, stores, restaurants and coffee shops. The room was a very nice size with a king size bed. The room had a Tv, refrigerator, dresser, small table, 2 chairs and AC.
It's a great location for huntingdon Beach one mile from the sea, tidy little place. The owner is great and very nice/helpful. Good price vs the hotels on the beach front
I loved the view from oceanfront king room!! Right on PCH, across from the Huntington Beach Pier!!! Beautiful sunrise and sunsets! The bathtub and shower were incredible!
Location was perfect for us, we love the Seal Beach area and also go shopping in Cost Mesa/Huntington Beach area. Room was very clean and staff was friendly .
Right on the seafront and close to all the action, great location. The hotel manager was very good and corrected a situation his rude staff had created.
Very clean and cosy family run hotel. the bed was super comfortable and the area was very quiet. It was a 30 second walk to the beach. A wonderful stay.
