Please note that this property is housed in an historical building that keeps some of it's original features because of their historical value. The elevator, being one of those pieces, may be out of order due to the heavy maintenance that requires.

- Noise: After 11:00 pm, guests must keep noise levels to a minimum in shared dormitories.
- Pets: Selina is pet friendly! Pet owners are required to book private rooms, as pets are not permitted in dormitories. For pets 10 kg and under there is a cost of 10 USD per pet per night, for more than 10 kg it is 25 USD per pet per night.
- Towels: For guests staying in dormitories, there is a small towel fee.
- Key deposit: Guests in dormitories will be charged a small key deposit to be refunded once the key is returned at check-out.
