Everything was really nice, they could offer a complimentary breakfast like other hotels, not just coffee. And when working in job like motel work staff should be able to understand the customer. I ask a housekeeper a question, she told me she doesn't speak English.Nothing against it we have all races in the US, some English should be understood.

Lauderdale by the Sea is great for all ages, kids can enjoy the pool or ocean. beach chairs & towels seem to be available at a lot of motels, this is a great convenience to visitors. Umbertos has great pizza, we didn't eat out all the time, as it was great to pick up a few groceries at Publix or Walmart and have sandwiches/hot chicken for meals throughout our stay. Minimally a bar fridge and microwave, and coffee maker are a great asset in a room when you're there for a 7 to 10+ day stay.

It was okay.
It was okay. I think the transportation service could have been better. We were dropped off at arrivals instead of departure to travel to Chicago which made it a little inconvenient for a traveler with disability.

We loved Lauderdale-by-the-Sea , because it has the best of both . the beach and the inland waterways, with their fantastic yachts and property. The water taxi is a must - the crew are very knowledgeable . Plenty of restaurants - parks - malls - waterways.

Good pool facilities. On the beach although you had to pay for chairs etc.
Didn't like room. Although it was very large, it was really dark and the lighting was insufficient. No ceiling lighting so you had to turn on the table lamps every time you entered the room. Bathroom old fashioned and small. Cleanliness was okay but certainly not immaculate. The communal areas i.e. the outdoor staircases and passageways were a bit tatty.
We loved the Aqua Hotel. I stayed here with my 2 daughters. Staff was great. Maggie in particular was amazing…so welcoming and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Adorable courtyard area…very zen and relaxing. The pool near our room was heated :). There is a non heated pool as well (for those that prefer that) which is located near the hot tub. If we are ever in Fort Lauderdale again this is the place I will book.
An outside Hot Tub, an amazing modern big Gym with all you need an water treatment, really comfort. Towel Service. Direct on the beach with Jet Ski and 10 min. away by car from the Center and Center beach with nice Restaurants and Bars. Big room with Balcony and side beach view with a bit charming "Motel Style". Amazing comfortable big Bed. Supermarket a few min. away. Big Parking Space. Beach/ snacks Shop in the hotel.
This hotel/resort is perfect for anyone looking for a stay that is outside of downtown in a quieter area. There are plenty of restaurants within 0.5 mile of the hotel. They will set up lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach every morning which is very convenient. I have come here 2 years in a row for spring break, and it is worth every penny! Highly recommend!
I asked for two night stay receipt, I was told through booking.com that can not be helped. Booking.com told me on other hand i need to get to North Beach. The hotel charge is not applied yet, because i got no receipt and got reject by Finance.
Can customer service help me out on this?

The price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the beach area. Very good breakfast and nice helpful staff. Because of covid, there were no restaurants close to the hotel open after 10pm. But there were good options for delivery service, very good and not expensive. Easy walk to the beach, the hotel has beach chairs for use on the beach.
This was the perfect place to stay while we were in Fort Lauderdale. Easy to walk to restaurants & bars & also a 25 minute walk to the beach. The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owners were easy to communicate with and were very helpful. The pool area was an oasis of calm next to the lovely marina. We would highly recommend.
Pulled up and it was a nice, quaint area. Walked in and it was super clean and cozy. The snacks were a nice touch. The owner was very friendly and prompt with every inquiry and request made. I travel to Florida often, but, Fort Lauderdale is one of my favorites and now I found the perfect spot to stay! Will definitely be back!
Beach was great. Hotel was very nice. We never ate in the restaurant because we were told the Tiki bar restaurant next door was much better. It was really good. Couple hundred feet away, Fort Lauderdale by the sea area was a very nice ? less than a mile beach walk to the north. Great restaurants and music...
Hotel room and facilities were very good following previous mistake made when staying in Fort Lauderdale.
The shuttle service both from the airport and to the cruise terminal organised by the Holiday Inn was very good, from the airport it was complimentary and the price to the cruise terminal was fair.
Very good service from the hotel manager. The hotel is being renovated so consider it to be up & coming, but the older room I was in was certainly comfy and clean, and it stayed cool in the Florida summer. The pool area is very nice, the grounds are well kept, and it's very close to the beach
-Hotel is on the beach, don't need to cross a street like other hotels in the area
-Nice, big lobby, lots of seating areas with nice decor
-Vews from room balcony were absolutely amazing
-Beautiful beach, white sand, wide beach .
-Bike rental included
Location was great, near the beach and backing onto the waterways. Very intimate boutique hotel,
Very comfy bed with lovely linen. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool area and an area to dine near the waterway if you are inclined.
Lauderdale by the Sea area. More residential than hotels. Across the street are additional buildings on the Beach. Good restaurant across the ate with outdoor dining. Delicious Mahi dinner! Room was renovate recently.
What a hidden gem! Cosy small inn with floridaish outlook yet modern, renovated rooms (some of them at least, like #19 where we stayed). Lush garden and great pool area. Very close to the beach!
After previously living in Fort Lauderdale area for 20 years I was very surprised this hotel was there it is beautiful and very nicely remodeled I would definitely return
The motel was within minutes of the Fort Lauderdale Airport. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower worked fine. The price was excellent!
