We loved to stay here and even extended our stay! The room and view is just stunning, spacious and very clean. The location not at lake is perfect and really quiet- and supernice staff!

The views are absolutely stunning, our apartment was really comfortable and spacious, staff are great and helpful and food in the restaurant is good. You can’t swim in the lake as it’s contaminated and the pool is very small, enough to cool off but not for swimming, not a negative but worth being aware!

This place is incredible. We stayed in the treehouse suite which has everything you could need for a short stay. The view from the hotel is beautiful. The architecture is amazing. There is a path at the side so you can take a little walk along the lake to the neighbouring town and pass all the other beautiful hotels and gardens. Staff were great. Only had soup and dessert at the restaurant but was also still very good. Highly recommend!

Great views, very tranquil, lovely spacious apartment & terrace. Well equipped kitched. We enjoyed using the kayak and swimming off the dock (clean water in this part of the lake). Nice restaurant.

Apartment was very spacious and modern with great views of the lake, the restaurant on site has beautiful views, we made use of the lodges kayak and paddle board (free) which was a great way to enjoy the lake. The bed was large and comfortable.

It's conveniently located, very clean and offers a great view of the volcanoes from some of the suites. It offers credit card payments although staff prefer cash payments which is common in that area. The kitchenette in Suite 1 had all necessary kitchen utensils and a great private lounge/balcony.

We stayed in what I believe is the property’s smallest room: the studio. It was really spacious and exceeded expectations. We enjoyed the small outdoor terrace, huge bay window, cute kitchen and cosy sleeping area. The property will send you a comprehensive PDF which answers every question you may have. We loved the views, the ease of getting there and away - each time we had to wait just a few minutes for a passing boats. We also loved watching the sunset from the hot tub. The kayaks and SUPs are free to use. There is a stunning walk along the lakeside over to Santa Cruz (while the town there hasn’t got much going on). Dinner at the restaurant is social and very delicious - would absolutely recommend. I’ll hope to stay here again one day :)

Great location with the best sunset views! It was a very spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen. The updated bathroom is a big plus, you have nice vulcano views while taking a shower :). Also good contact with the host. Also, all the boats know the sunset lodge so its easy to get around by lancha.
