Located on Atamu Tekena island’s main street, 600 metres from Pea beach and from Mataveri airport, Inaki Uhi Hotel offers fully equipped common kitchens and free Wi-Fi in Hanga Roa. We loved staying here. The room was simple, but ample and nicely decorated and quiet and well located in the main street of Hanga Roa within walking distance of shops, cafes, bars and the coast. Good bathroom. Good air-conditioning. There was an in-room safe for valuables. Outside each room was a little clothesline for wet clothes- very well thought-out. Our hosts and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices. Ivonne's scrambled eggs with chopped bacon in it was especially yummy. Alejandro also was our guide into the National Park and was very knowledgeable, very friendly and very helpful. We were so glad we had chosen to stay at this family-owned small hotel.

AC worked well. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable and I would wake up well-rested and ready for the day's adventures on this stunningly beautiful island. The breakfast was outstanding. Choice of pretty much everything you could want for breakfast. Alejandro made the coffees to perfection. The breakfast was so hearty that I didn't want anything for lunch. The grounds are extremely well-maintained and quite beautiful. Some of the fruit at your breakfast are courtesy of the fruit trees you will see on the grounds. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They found out that it was my birthday and sang happy birthday for me at breakfast and gifted me with the most gorgeous necklace. Juan, at the reception area, deserves special mention for making my trip the best it could possibly be with many priceless tips about the incredible sites on the island. My trip would have been a lot less outstanding without his help. He also helped me to book a rental vehicle and organized prompt delivery of it. His English is impeccable. I highly recommend getting a rental vehicle. Driving there is uncomplicated. Waze and Google Maps don't always work - don't forget you're in one of the remotest places on Earth! But, not to worry, the people are very friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to help you find your destination. Such lovely, kind and welcoming folks! I'm a solo female traveler, with some mobility issues. I call 2 places "home"...The Republic of Trinidad & Tobago and The United States. The standards at this hotel are, on par with, and even higher than many places in the United States and Europe that fall into a similar price range. You definitely get your money's worth here.

Set less than 1 km from Playa Pea, Hotel & Apartments "CHEZ HIVA" offers 3-star accommodation in Hanga Roa and has a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. Room was sufficient for a good nights sleep, you can also purchase a 10L bottle of water for the room at a reasonable price. It’s a close enough walk to most things in town. Hot water was excellent.

Located 15 minutes' walk from the city centre, 100 metres from Tahai ceremonial centre, and 800 metres from Pea beach, Pikera Uri offers rooms with sea views and free Wi-Fi in public areas in Hanga... It's difficult knowing where to stay in Rapa Nui and I was lucky to have a friend recommend this lodge. Im so glad we went, from the moment they picked us up at the airport, we felt welcomed and cared. It was a very special arrival. Throughout the stay, they were always willing to help, incredibly friendly and caring. It's a family owned lodge and you see the parents and their kids working all together to make it a great place. They provided conversation when we felt like talking and let us do our own thing when we felt like simply relaxing around. The breakfast is cooked by them with love. The fruits are from the trees in their garden and the jams are homemade too. You could feel the love in everything they provided.

An outdoor swimming pool and bungalows surrounded by gardens can be enjoyed in Hanga Roa only a 5-minute drive from Mataveri International Airport. Even on the middle of the Pacific, the room was plenty of things that you need for the stay. And above all, the staff was incredibly nice. Especially the Japanese lady who welcomed us from the beginning throughout the stay was so nice.
