Not sure what to expect but I was delightfully surprised by this gem of an apartment. Spacious and comfortable, it was a flat and easy walk from the station and overlooked the beach in the old town, as well as being very close to cafes and restaurants. You can see the train line as it is very close but really I didn’t notice it at night and had 3 night of very sound sleep. The apartment looked newly renovated and just as the photos suggest. Filippo was super helpful even when I arrived late after transport delays - including recommending some good places to eat - and very considerate carrying my luggage up some steep stairs. A nice touch too was the drying rack and the kitchen facilities were helpful if you want to eat in. I’d highly recommend this apartment.

    The host, Paolo's apartment was very near the train station. He met us halfway from the train station to his place, since we have two big luggages.. Paolo helped us bring our luggages to his apartment and also gave us a bottle of white wine and lemoncello which came from his vineyard and farm in Levanto. Overall, we felt very welcomed and will not hesistate to stay at Paolo's place again and recommend his place to others who intend to go to Monterosso Al Mare.

    An excellent position and perfectly clean rooms, excellent air conditioner in every room, great position in Monterosso. It’s basically a flat walk to get to the apartment from the train station

    The location was great as the apartment was located in the centre of town - easy to walk to shops, restaurants, the station and the beach. The hosts held our bags as we arrived early which was very kind and accomodating. The room was very clean and comfortable for a short stay. The hosts kindly provided breakfast in the morning, with coffee and tea!

    Extremely clean flat with a beautiful garden terrace. Only a short walk to the beach and old town with an 8-minute walk to the station. The host couldn't have been more helpful and will help with reservations at restaurants in Monterosso. We would 100% stay in this apartment again and loved our host.
