The view from out bedroom window overlooking St Ives harbour was fabulous, went to sleep and woke up with the waves hitting the rocks below us. Sadly balcony was shut due to windy weather.
No extra cost for a cooked breakfast. Good choice of menu for lunch/supper.

We when checked out, we were kindly offered towels to take to the beach & also allowed to leave our car in the carpark. We thought that this was above & beyond and Anne on reception that morning was exceptional! We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and the beach was amazing.

The design of the room is absolutely on point! The room has wonderful details.
The bed is amazing…so comfortable!
The location is great and was a plus that the restaurant was opened our first night there, our meal and wine selection was very good. Was a bit disappointing to not try more on the menu! The host is very friendly and helpful. There is a parking lot not far away, very convenient.

We had a wonderfully restful night’s stay in a junior suite. The views were phenomenal. The suite had everything we needed, and more. The pantry with lemon drizzle cake in the afternoons was one of the many highlights of our stay.

We had a 'Bay View' room, but the window looking over the Bay was 'sprung', so there was just condensation and we couldn't see anything. Frankly this was very disappointing as we had paid for a Bay View room but didn't get a proper view. I wish I had pointed this out when we checked out as I feel we should have had some money back as a result. Also, there were no proper lights in the room, so we couldn't read in bed. Also, why do English hotels insist on double quilts? These are unheard of on the continent - people have their own quilts - for goodness sake Harbour View catch up with the times!

The property I booked was outside the town of St Ives in a place called Consol. However, was advertised as being in St Ives. There was builders rubble in the parking space. I was told that my 'private entrace' was through the french windows of the property and I would not, as a single traveller, have felt secure in such a situation. I did not stay at this property and would be pleased to receive a refund please.

What a picturesque town with outstanding natural beauty and so much to see in the way of art and ceramics. It does get very crowded during holiday times so I would recommend going out of season. Highlights include the Tate St Ives, the Barbara Hepworth Studio, the various galleries and the beaches. The walking could be difficult for anyone with limited mobility but there are ways around that in terms of getting transport. A really stunning spot. Plenty of excellent places to eat from beach cafes to independent bakeries and coffee shops to fish restaurants. It seemed that everywhere was very dog friendly too and many visitors were there with their dogs.

I’ve been coming to St Ives for 50 years so I’m slightly biased but it is a beautiful place with 5 beaches. Numerous good places to eat. Lovely little shops with different crafty bits in. Mostly flat when you are in the town area. Good location for exploring more of Cornwall if needed but plenty to see and do in St Ives.
The place is not a hotel as it is mentioned. It is more of a Bed and Breakfast place.
The landlord is really super friendly and accommodated us very well.
She is very helpful to understand our needs for the breakfast.
The breakfast is very good and homemade.
She is able to accommodate us even when we checked-in late in the night.
The location of the house is another plus, if you are ok with visiting the nearby shops by walking.
Really comfortable bed and extremely clean and well decorated bedroom with spacious beautiful ensuite. We didn't mind parking approx 100 yds down the road and the B&B covered the cost as not enough parking on the driveway. Nice walk down to Carbis Bay (steep obviously!) Beautiful garden and host warm and welcoming; we were allowed to arrive early to get ready for a wedding at Carbis Bay hotel which was great!
The Treganna Castle Resort was lovely. We especially enjoyed exploring the sub-tropical garden that is on the property. It is beautiful! And the other paths looked equally charming. We had an ideal view of St. Ives from our room and we enjoyed exploring town in person by just taking the path down. Very simple! Dinner at the restaurant had very good flavor and service. Reception was also very kind and attentive.
A beautiful studio apartment.
We loved our stay here. We enjoyed the walks down to St Ives.
We found the apartment to be spacious and the beds were comfortable.
The owner has thought of everything. The apartment is well equipped with all we needed for our stay.
The location is quiet.
We loved the extra things such as our welcome basket with scones. Overall a lovely stay in Saint Ives. Thank you. :)
Whoever conceived and decorated this hotel had exquisite taste. The bedroom and restaurant were lovely spaces to be in, and to look out of at the incredible view. Breakfast gets a special mention. It is far superior to a buffet: you just get given a comprehensive a la carte menu and order whatever you want. As for the staff: what a team the management has assembled!
Great location. Came by train and it's literally just off the station! Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room was absolutely beautiful. Great view of the Bay, warm, clean and spacious. Value for money. Evening meal and breakfast offered but we were meeting family. Will definately be returning. Thankyou to all the staff.
Our stay at Headland House was lovely. The accommodations were so unique and unlike and hotels we have stayed at before. It really added to the charm of St. Ives and as first time visitors we will be sure to make our way back. Mark and Fanella were lovely hosts and did so much to make our stay as comfortable as possible
Stunning view of Porthminster beach from the apartment. The apartment was beautifully furnished, spacious and well equipped throughout. Location made Carbis Bay and St Ives town centre easily accessible. Perfect for our family size, which consisted of my wife and I, 2 kids and elderly parents.
Every member of staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was extremely dog friendly, my dog was thoroughly spoiled :)
Good location if you have a car, we used the hotel as a base for touring around west Cornwall.
Great outdoor patio and trendy bar for some holiday drinks!
The location is fantastic. Can not complain about breakfast or room. Bed very comfortable. Spa facilities clean and well appointed. I have stayed in hotels of similar quality and facilities for less price. I fill I was paying for the location and the fame from hosting the G&.
The hotel was near the train station which made for a convenient travel. The property itself was clean and inviting while the staff was absolutely attentive and very courteous. The food was delicious! Would definitely come back here again.
The hostess was very pleasant and accommodating.
We enjoyed the room decor and double bay windows which offered wonderful views. After parking our car upon arrival, we were able to walk to all of our destinations. Thank you!
Tressa and Steve were very welcoming from beginning to end of our stay. Even though it is a bed and breakfast they were always on hand if we needed anything.
everything was immaculate and the breakfast was varied and delicious
It is a old hotel in a great location. It needs to be updated but the room was clean and the linens on the beds were nice. It was reasonably priced so a good value. Staff friendly. Easy walk to beach and restaurants
Awesome view. Direct access to the outside from our room, which was excellent for the dog. Very dog friendly hotel. Breakfast and staff were amazing. Love the atmosphere of the place.
Very spacious comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Very good restaurant service. We were able to use the Carbis Bay Hotel car park down at the beach which was a bonus.
Beautiful boutique hotel. Lovely friendly staff and excellent breakfast! Perfectly located to walk into St Ives and to Carbis Bay. Will definitely return next year. Thank you
