A nice little town with everything you need, and fair choice of cafes and restaurants. Nice brewery. Stunning beaches nearby on Ningaloo reef and amazing hikes in the nearby canyons and gorges. Lovely lighthouse lookout from where you can see sunrise in the gulf and sunset in the ocean. Truly outback meets the reef.

If you are interested in the marine environment, snorkelling, seeing turtles lay their eggs and baby turtles hatch, and swimming with whale sharks and humpback whales then a visit to Exmouth and the Ningaloo Reef are a must. Many of the above happen at different times of the year, with some overlapping, so there is always something special happening.

I thought Exmouth was fascinating.
I thought Exmouth was fascinating. We did a snorkel tour and a Whale Shark tour which were both excellent. The town is small but there is so much to do in the ocean. The snorkelling at Turquoise Bay and Ospey was fantastic. The turtle beaches were great to visit during hatching season to watch the hatchlings scramble to the sea. The ocean is filled with such a diversity of marine life. It was fascinating. Eating out is expensive in Exmouth but there is an IGA grocery store where you can buy nearly every needed. I also would strongly advise people traveling by car to stock up on groceries in Woolworths at Carnarvon while driving up there. If you like a good coffee, go to the Bamboo Cafe in the mall. They have great salads, muffins, and sushi as well

Exmouth is amazing. The surrounding landscape is incredible.
Exmouth is amazing. The surrounding landscape is incredible. The access to Ningaloo Reef is very good. Lots of tour operators to get you onto the reef. But you need a vehicle to get around easily as there are no buses and limited taxis.

Exmouth was excellent, great vibe.
Exmouth was excellent, great vibe. Kings Ningaloo Reef/Whale Shark Tour sensational. Bluelip fish and chips great. EGFC restaurant on the wharf fantastic value and great food. Mutts Coffee simply awesome
this property is very hard to rate. It was built by USA Army as a barracks and that is what you get. It was divided into two bedrooms separated by a bathroom of sorts. It was not too bad but it was no palace either. The bedrooms were fine but that shower was unique. If you have a glamour queen in your party get ready for some grief. Rough abouts will be fine with it. Exmouth is very highly priced all over but then again we are not their for the fine decour
As a solo traveller I think this is probably the best option in Exmouth. Prices are high in peak season so this is affordable as a single. I think this property is also the best location to everything, half way between town and Whalebone Brewery/Tourist info centre. The lodge has excellent kitchen facilities, a tv room, pool table and pool. It would be good for families also. The bed was comfy and nice new blankets were provided.
Excellent villas - spacious, clean and very well equipped, included even washing powder and condiments, so all these little details are covered as well. Every villa has its own professional gas bbq, which made it easy to cook for a family every night. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, anything we asked for was not a problem. I would definitely return, we even extended our stay.
The most luxurious place in Exmouth but with a layback ambiance as well. We upgraded our room to have a jacuzzi tub and it’s been one of the bast spa rooms I’ve had in WA. The view from most rooms, if you get lucky you might get to see some wild animals out in the ocean.
The food at the restaurant is very delicious too.
Great location close to shops (there is one shopping area nearby) and on the northern edge of town (away from the busier industrial end of town). Facilities were good. I wouldn't say it's a modern fitout but not too dated either. Perfect for family get away. Suited us well for a 7 day stay.
This place was ideal for us, great location, only stayed in Exmouth for 4 nights so spent very little time in hotel, just to sleep. Exmouth is extremely busy and booked out so if you just need a place to stay this is for fine.
There was plenty of space for the family. Great clean accommodation with ample parking for vehicles and a 6 meter boat. Close proximity to all central locations within Exmouth. Would definitely come and stay again. Thank you.
Stayed at the holiday village across the road from reception. Had brilliant seperate villa, inside and outside seating areas, fully equipped kitchen, excellent shower.
Central location, three swimming pools on site.
the property is located in a small community, quiet, very respectful, 10 minutes walk from the center of Exmouth where bar, coffee shops, groceries are located and well located for other attractions.
Ningaloo Lodge is central in location with walking distance to the shops and other attractions like the aquarium and art gallery. Spotlessly clean with a real homely feel.
