spotless clean. owners are beyond friendly, helpful, simply wonderful. simply the best. better than all the rest that we have experienced in Italy. we weren’t prepared and didn’t bring any food with us, however the owners prepared a feast for us which was amazing. they organized a transport for us to and from the train station. the stay wast the most comfortable and easy. we fell in love with the place and Natalia and Andrea and their family and we wish to come back.

Beautifully located on the Epenini slopes, half an hour from blogna, an hour and a half on a most scenery road to Vinci. Nice and vast room in a 12th century fully restored building. Just in front is a very nice and quite Osteria. Enjoy

We were hiking and it was difficult to get a taxi to take our luggage to the next stop. It is off the highway so if you are hiking it is over a mile from the trail into town.

We had a great stay in there, really enjoyed the town and the lovely community. Really close to a train station which is a great bonus to commute without a car to Bologna. Greatly recommended!

Roberto and his wife were so very gracious to us as we came in late and they insured we were able to get something to eat, provided a bottle of wonderful wine, and their olive oil for our meal. We met their two children. What a wonderful place and family. What a great location next to Sasso Marconi and in the beautiful country. 20 minutes by train into the center of Bologna.

Lovely property up a big hill with incredible views. The bed and the bedding were very comfortable. The bathroom was a nice size. There was an espresso machine in the room and a couple bottles of water in the mini fridge. The caterer was very nice and they had some gluten free breakfast items for me and soy milk.
