Everything was excellent! It was clean and roomy. Liked the shutters on the windows as it kept it dark to keep out morning light. nice to have a table and chairs. beds comfy. We had the family room, which was really nice for our family. This was the most reasonable place we stayed, and although it was a bit of a drive from the park, it was worth the savings. the grocery store was convenient for stocking up for the next day's hikes.

Location was great. We could walk into Zion and catch shuttle at visitor center. Room was very nice. Hotel was next to the Virgin River, and that was great sitting by the river. The different pools at the hotel were very nice.

We just stayed there for two nights. Very clean, very quiet, very comfortable, and Stop 4 of the Springdale Shuttle is right in front of the hotel. We didn’t take the shuttle to the parking entrance, we just walked. It was a short, very pleasant walk. My wife is very picky about room conditions, but she found everything there was excellent! We saw deers walking on the lawn in the morning. See the pictures.

Planning an overnight trip from Las Vegas to Zion?
Planning an overnight trip from Las Vegas to Zion? Look no further than Springdale. This town is not like any other overpriced & underwhelming tourist place, simply because it's outside of a National Park. Springdale has affordable hotels with pools & hot tubs to relax after a day outdoors, plenty of different restaurants and cuisines for foodies, and it's a very family-friendly town. Next up, getting around Springdale is easy. You can get to the Zion National Park's visitor center with the city's free buses during the day, but note that they are not 24 hours. If you have a car, you can get to the Canyon Overlook trailhead (through the tunnels) in ~20 minutes - it really is the practical location. Oh one more thing, if you're crossing the street, make sure to grab a red crossing flag to increase your visibility (especially at night).

Springdale is well located for visitors to either Zion National Park (closest) or Byrce National Park as well as numerous state parks and recreational areas. The one thing I felt that was lacking was more food options. It seemed that most eating options were on the high end pricewise.

Very nice town has a decent variety of restaurants although the prices were a bit on the higher end but I guess that’s to be expected in a tourist area. The restaurants we ate at were very good and staf was friendly.

Springdale is great but I feel Zion is a bit over sold.
Springdale is great but I feel Zion is a bit over sold. There are two iconic walks which are both strenuous but 3 other intermediate walks have been closed for some time. We had three nights at Springdale but as we were not up to these two big hikes Zion Canyon itself only provided us one days activities. If you find yourself in the same situation take a look at driving to Kolob Reservoir and do some of the walks along the way.

Flanigans had upscale linens and toiletries, the most comfortable bed, robes to wear, very convenient to great restaurants and a free shuttle that takes you into park and then back out to town. I had the best massage treatment after days of hiking. House keeping and front desk service was extremely efficient. A very zen and relaxing atmosphere. The town is beautiful and has a lot of good restaurants. Very busy during the day and quiet at night.
The location is particularly excellent - you can walk to the visitor center, eliminating the need to use the Springdale Shuttle- you only use the park shuttle. The hotel is also walking distance to a gear rental place for the Narrows, a pub, a small market, and a Perks coffee, so anything you need. Additionally, I stayed in a 2 queen room, and it was huge - well laid out, with a fully equipped kitchen, which I used to prepare breakfast and my hiking snacks. Everything was immaculately clean, there was adequate free parking.
Very good space in the hotel overall, including room and bathroom. Hotel offers breakfast, which is a plus. Food is not amazing, but does the job. I didn’t find the bed very comfortable for my back, but my husband didn’t have a problem. You get great views of the Canyon and they have a nice pool. Also, the hotel has parking and it’s just a few steps from the Springdale shuttle. Staff is cordial and helpful
The location of the hotel was fantastic; right in the center of Springdale! A cute little town and only a few miles from the entrance to Zion. The service/staff were cheery and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast buffet had many options for the health conscience as well as typical breakfast fare. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Location is great! Walking distance to the Zion Visitor Center and businesses/restaurants in Springdale. We walked across the street to Zion Adventures to rent dry suits to hike the Narrows in March. Having a kitchenette space in the room was nice, but it doesn't come with any plates, silverware, or cooking items. It was a great resting stop after long days hiking.
Springdale is a great place to stay if you are looking for accommodations near Zion National Park. This property is ideally located within a mile of the park entrance and in a beautiful setting. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, breakfasts were very good and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!
this hotel was amazing. I’m cheap and had a hard time paying for a pricer hotel but needed somewhere pet friendly. They did phenomenal with their customer service and facilities. the trail snacks were the perfect touch as well and the delicious breakfast. the room was clean and comfy. thanks for an amazing stay!
The hotel is welcoming from the moment you arrive - with all the comforts you’d expect. The vibe is laid back, but attentive and the rooms are huge and of good quality. We visited in winter so the pool was closed, but will be sure to come back in summer!
Great location near Zion. Quiet, comfortable beds, nice garden outside our window. Nice cold pool warm hot tub. We would recommend it to anyone. Very close to entrance to Zion park. Good to leave your car there to visit the park.
Beautiful views!!! Clean, well designed and up to date rooms with wonderful staff. Kelly at the front desk really took care of us and had great recommendations for where to eat and things to do around Springdale
Quiet, lovely rooms and nice amenities. Liked having pool and hot tub after active day hiking. Great customer service at front desk, in breakfast area. Great location near Zion NP
the hotel is in the heart of Springdale, so we could walk to everything in town. The hotel has a rustic timber lodge feel. Our room wasn’t huge, but it was clean and comortable.
The hotel was great and the lady at the front desk was super helpful. Views were amazing. The town has a shuttle, which was wonderful. The photo is the view behind the hotel.
good facilities, good location near Zion National Park, there's a supermarket shop in walking distance that you can get groceries, pizza and sandwiches
