We absolutely love Charlottetown! There are many great restaurants and pubs; some down by the waterfront that are some of the best!! The Olde Dublin Pub, 131 Sydney Street, Charlottetown is energetic and exciting; young and enthusiastic and we are semi-retired and really enjoyed it. The background music could make you want to get up and dance. It really is one of the best places to go for an evening. Cost of food was as normal as it is in most other restaurants. We loved every minute of it.

This was my second trip to Charlottetown.
This was my second trip to Charlottetown. The first was many years ago. The city is abundantly interesting, with both older and newer buildings. The older ones are far more interesting. It has a very historic sense and feel about it. And of course, it is right on the atlantic, which makes it vastly more interesting. We went out there for the Anne of Green Gables tour and attractions, and even though you could see them easily within a day, they did not disappoint. People were generally quite down to earth and friendly.

I love this beautiful little city.
I love this beautiful little city. Everything if you like to walk, is within walking distance. There is so much to offer. The intertainment is bar none, the music, food, history. And don't forget the theater. I am never disappointed when I visit. I go back each year.

Charlottetown is beautiful.
Charlottetown is beautiful. The Main Street leading down to the waterfront has many restaurants and stores. It is a very walkable area. Getting around to see everything was easy. Even driving to see the rest of Prince Edward Island was a breeze. The people wherever we went were extremely friendly and helpful.

Great food, great people, lots to see & do.
Great food, great people, lots to see & do. Something for everyone. Shopping is great. Local artists talents are amazing. Very easy to navigate through the city, can see so much walking around.
Must see/do: Victoria row, excellent food, great live entertainment.
The Great George is a one-of-a-kind property that is staffed by amazing people who are most accommodating. The breakfast offerings are extensive and nobody leaves hungry. We also enjoyed the afternoon wine socials. Located across the street from the St. Dunstan's Basilica in Charlottetown, this is the must-see church on PEI. Everything in Charlottetown is within easy walking distance from The Great George.
Beautiful little inn! Our stay was short but very pleasant. Friendly, helpful staff, beautiful clean and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast served to order based on the choices available, ordered the night before.
Great location close to the water and walking distance to downtown. Would definitely stay here again if back in Charlottetown!
Excellent downtown hotel. Classic decor which makes a very pleasant change from many corporate hotels. Good room, slightly small bathroom, good breakfast and dinner (poorly attended by residents which is surprising as so many downtown restaurants were only accepting ‘walk ins’ when we made phone enquiries. Free parking on site
Clean, well kept inn, within walking distance of downtown Charlottetown. Good breakfast. Also has a room on the second level with coffee maker, tea kettle, refrigerator with bottled water and soft drinks, you pay $1 on the honour system, if you want a cold drink from the fridge.
Very well maintained property and beautiful decor. Looks very classy from the outside and very well organized. Location of the hotel is great in the heart of downtown and walking distance from all the major attractions and great restaurants around the city.
Nice seating areas around hotel, decent breakfast (nearby hotel I stayed in last weekend didn’t have breakfast because it was off season), staff were friendly, plentiful off street parking, good location to walk to Victoria Park and downtown.
Location was great, short walk to downtown Charlottetown and Boardwalk !! Breakfast was wonderful, served by very gracious and and helpful servers each morning, in a very nice historic dining room, great atmosphere!!
Such a great spot right in the middle of downtown Charlottetown! Also the shower had two heads, both a normal shower head with 2 or 3 settings plus a rain shower head, could be used as one or the other or both!
Great boutique hotel! The two bedroom apartment was perfect for a family of 4. Very clean. Free WiFi, on-site parking, and breakfast. Just a couple of blocks away from the downtown area.
Clean, comfortable room in a gorgeous historic building. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great location from which to walk to Charlottetown’s downtown and waterfront.
If I were doing my trip to Charlottetown again I definitely would pay more money and get something downtown! All this place had going for it was proximity to the highway.
