You'll feel like a millionaire in this Luxury Direct Gulf Front condo. Spend your next vacation at the popular Holiday Villas II. Hear the ocean as you sleep while the sea breeze refreshes you. This 1150 sq ft unit has been updated to include ceramic tile flooring, Berber carpet, and a maple kitchen. A fully-equipped kitchen and 3 TVs (all with cable service) will make you feel right at home. You can surf from the private 32' balcony with free high speed WI-FI. Beautiful rataan furniture and a nautical theme enhance the unit. A new sliding patio door was installed in 2017 and new living room furniture in 2018. New stove and refrigerator was added in 2021. The master bath was renovated in 2021 with a lovely walk in shower. A heated pool assures year round comfort. We ask for only a four night minimum May-December excluding holiday weeks and a seven night minimum during high season. Holiday weeks require a 7 night minimum. Take your vacation whenever you want ! I do not require a Sat/Sat stay.
I've been visiting the Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater area for 20 years and have stayed all over. Once I stayed at Holiday Villas II in 2002, I never stayed anywhere else. In 2006 I decided since I keep coming back there time and time again, I should just purchase my own condo. I'm a true beach lover; they'll be putting a dolphin and palm tree on my tombstone.
Indian Shores is a quaint beach community with only 1700 year round residents situated mid way between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. It is convenient to John's Pass and Clearwater Beach. Whether you like to fish, jet ski, snorkel, boat ride, play golf, tennis, swim, visit museums and aquariums, or do nothing, you will certainly enjoy your visit in the Tampa Bay area. The area is packed with local restaurants to appeal to everyone's taste. Located just 90 miles from the central Florida attractions, it's a perfect day trip.
