This was an unplanned impromptu stay for 1.5 days between flights. We only had time to see the Botanical Gardens and the Heard Native American museum. Both were excellent! We would like to come back and explore the old town and other areas in the future.

We will be here for a few more weeks. We have been hiking and we love it. Early morning is great, would not hike after noon, far too hot. Traffic is great, easy to get around. Beautiful views, NO tall buildings so feels open. Air is clean. Will come back

Scottsdale was the perfect winter getaway.
Scottsdale was the perfect winter getaway. We enjoyed the Old Town and many restaurants to choose from. Would recommend The Mission, Olive and Ivy and Culinary Dropouts. Make sure when making reservation at Culinary Dropouts that you know there are two locations. We reserved at The Quarter which was further away but still delicious with a fun vibe. Couldn't get in to the closer location on E. Scottsdale as they were fully booked.
Visited the Desert Botanical Gardens, and hiked the Lost Dog Wash trail to the Taliesen Outlook. 5.1 miles with awesome views surrounded by cactii. Too many trails to choose from but Lost Dog is a short drive from any location. Scheduled two hiking days, a spa day and a poolside day and it was just right!

Scottsdale is great place for slow travel.
Scottsdale is great place for slow travel. The streets are not crowded, every venue has complimentary valet, and there's indoor and outdoor adventure. We especially liked ROC the Mic Karaoke in Glendale and Hot Air Balooning in Scottsdale, Toca Madera in Scottsdale, Cala in Scottsdale, and the Phoenician Spa in Scottsdale.
The entire staff was fantastic and it’s a beautiful property, but I want to specifically highlight Cheyenne Ramirez. We were staying at the property to celebrate my birthday and my group had seven hotel rooms. She helped me through the entire pre-arrival process. She also checked in with all of us throughout our stay. I also want to thank Nick out at the pool bar. He was there every day of our stay, and he provided such attentive, genuine, hospitable service. We had a great time and we can’t wait to return to Hotel Adeline!
Food was absolutely a fail at this hotel! Family felt sick after dinner here. Chicken was undercooked. Flavours were out of touch with what Scottsdale is known for. Staff were all sassy attitudes lots off drama. Would hate to blame the staff though you can tell Managment have no control inside this hotel from the front booking staff to the restaurant. Staff management was absolutely horrible. No guidance, no professionalism very poor Quality!
The size of the rooms really make this a very comfortable place to stay. We had a lounge room complete with sofa and desk as well as two large beds (3 adults). We loved being able to watch tv on the sofa. Easy walking distance to Old Town with restaurants and shops galore. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and perhaps the best we have had on this month long US trip. I’d definitely be staying here again.
Hotel is clean and comfortable. Despite two busloads of what looked like a high school team, band and fans, the room was surprisingly very quiet. Only problem... it was almost impossible to shower without getting water all over the bathroom floor. We were in Scottsdale a business conference in central Scottsdale. So, we were a bit disappointed that this hotel was so far away and difficult to find.
Walked in the room was very nice, clean, absolutely perfect , very quite, laid back, the price was cheap, to b honest wasn't expecting such a great room ,we've stayed in some pretty expensive hotels , and not one of them wasn't as nice as this was. I would differently tell all my friends and family that this is a very good place to stay, thanks for making our stay a very wonderful experience
Our room was plenty big enough for the two of us, and the location worked out perfectly. The front desk and restaurant staff were all helpful and friendly. While I believe our room was as clean as they could get it, this is an older hotel, and it could use a bit of updating, at least our room could.
Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Mini kitchen was stocked just right. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is hard to find one clean and nice these days with a good staff. Will be on my list to stay again when we have to go back down to the Phoenix Scottsdale area.
I loved the location close to Old Town Scottsdale, the beds and comforters were very clean and comfortable. Room check-in using the app or website was a bit interesting. Great once I realized the process. I loved the coffee maker and the recyclable K type cups.
Great place to stay for where we were and wanting to do. Walkable area to Old Town Scottsdale. I felt very safe at the hotel. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rarely do you find new towels and linen in a hotel but Hyatt has them.
Excellent location, close to Old town Scottsdale. Room was comfortable and clean Superb breakfast spot close by on Scottsdale Blvd. Did not eat hotel breakfast. Hotel hall had dirty carpet, and chipped paint by elevator.
The location was great - close to Scottsdale Road, the Fashion Mall, and Old Scottsdale. Charging ports (2) for Tesla's were available and free to use. The hot tub and pool area were nice. Breakfast was excellent.
Fantastic location in the heart of old town Scottsdale. Spent half a day at the Western Museum of Art which is right across the street. Friendly and efficient working staff that makes your stay more enjoyable.
We liked that it was close enough to old Town Scottsdale and walking distance to everything. It was really nice facility and the staff were nice. Bar area was kind of small but over all nice weekend for us.
We liked the location near Old Town Scottsdale and with good freeway access. A car is necessary to get around from this address. The unit was exactly as described, clean and adequately stocked.
Great facilities near Mayo clinic. New and modern building and room. Went for a enjoyable walk on the nearby nature trail. Very reasonably priced for Scottsdale area.
