The Restaurant was not available on the 1st day neither the night and the Movers were there the 2nd day and night as I was able to walk across the street for Take Out Dinning and A Treat Beverage in which the person at the Front Desk was able to assist with in consideration as the staff at check out.

Room was clean and service was great, however the furniture was old and scratched and dented and the tv was way too small for the room. Also we cut our stay short by one night due to an emergency and they would not refund the one extra night because they said we booked the room with Booking.com, what a rip off, thanks Norwalk Inn.

I used it as a possible one day adventure, but only used it as a safe place to park my car for the following trip to the Bronx. I could not find appropriate hotels in Bronx with their own free parking.

I pretty much summed up our thoughts.

I pretty much summed up our thoughts. The Norwalk Inn is a wonderful surprise. It worked out wonderfully for us and our quick trip to and from NYC! The hotel staff reached out to help us in any way w/o overdoing it. They wanted to assist as needed! During our stay, we ate twice in the bar area. The service was top-shelf and the food was spectacular! Truly! We also like the fact that the hotel is set a ways back from the road.

What I liked is that the facility is a handsome one.

What I liked is that the facility is a handsome one. Has potential to be great. What makes it fail is staff ,management and customer disconnect. This business needs a hands on experienced business manager with a clear vision to make things right. When my employees meet my customers they represent me. If they are not polite, dealing with the issues and reporting back to me they are not doing their job. Don’t take my word, look at the online reviews, which I should of done prior. I hate to be critical and I had all but dropped it till you sent me this survey. I hope you will actually take all this to heart and make your hotel great. I have many other observations and stories of the two days there. I would be willing to talk to you if you want. I have Many successful properties and businesses. Hugh Tanchuck 516-380-5290 One last note. One of the strangest short stays I’ve ever had, I could write a book based on it.

Lovely area clean nice but people in hotel were very judgmental reservation was messed up, computers weren’t working, front desk called us everytime we stepped in the room to tell us we were loud and weren’t , people in hallways told us we didn’t belong was in wrong building. Other than that apt was a studio and only 1 room w sofa bed would have been nice for a quiet couple not family even with quiet teens I wouldn’t recommend . ALSO WARNING DONT SIT ON END OF BED IT WILL FLIP OVER!

Wehn we arrived we were a bit sceptical when looking at the outsie. But as soon as we entered the building the positive vibes were there. Very nice lobby, with a large lobbyroom adjacent to it where one can sit in peace and read or work (as we did). Free coffee, fruits, etc were available there. The windows to the back of the hotel were amazing with nice trees and a small river. The restaurant with bar next to this sitting area was cozy with good quality. We had a nice dinner there and the staffing was impeccable.

It felt like an upscale hotel and the price was reasonable. Every single staff member was really nice and always said hi when you passed through the halls. I have never experienced that at other hotels I have stayed at. I really want to point out the staff member named Vladimir. He made our experience the best we could have had and he truly cares about the guests at the hotel. He deserves a raise or promotion. He is customer service oriented and he is consistent with how he delivers it.

Steven at the reception desk very rude he walked me away of the hotel at 11pm saying he could not find the reservation and that it was booking.com fault. Since he could not find the booking I was not a client and that was not his problem, and asked me to leave. He called me a bitch because I insisted he had to help since I had the confirmation in my booking app and it was 11pm at night. I had to find myself another hotel for the overnight

Large very clean room. Full sized fridge. Stove top burners. Comfortable bed. Walk in shower with seat and hand grab bars. I did not ask for a handicapped room but they gave me one probably because I walk slowly with a cane. Window that actually opened. I expected a real dive due to the very low price compared to the prices of the numerous hotels in the immediate area. I was pleasantly surprised with what I found.

I had made a reservation at another property for my friend's 50th birthday that fell through 1 week before the travel dates; the staff of the hotel were able to assist me with booking a reservation and even assigning a room to my friend in order to arrange to have his birthday present delivered to the hotel as a surprise. I can't thank the staff enough for their superior service!!!

The location was ok, i like there was a microwave oven in the room so we can quickly heat up food for my son. I can see the hotel tried very hard to provide as much cleaning where possible. But the common areas such as the corridor, lift, door handles can increase the frequency. Parking was convenient. I would suggest to make better use of the multi story parking.

We had an excellent experience at Hotel Zero. We were traveling as a group for a wrestling tournament. The rooms, gym, lobby area and restaurant were all clean, welcoming and in excellent condition. Staff were attentive, friendly and resourceful. We would definitely return - hopefully in the summer when the rooftop deck is open!

Very pretty hotel very clean and front desk were very very welcoming and nice only thing was that the outside lounge is only open during the summer it didn’t say that when I booked it and whole reason I picked this hotel was for that to sit outside by the fire and have a drink at night and enjoy the outside on a beautiful evening

Good location Pricey....booking. com doesn't have best deals. The hotel itself can match any price. 3rd party nonsense is only for convenience. Most of the time , any property will match price or do better
